- Welcome to the 12D Shield Activation! It is recommended to use headphones, close your eyes and fully relax in a safe space for your journey. Be sure to practice the shield twice a day in the morning and at night for full energetic protection and experience.
It is a pleasure to re-create the 12D Shield, a practice that has completely changed my awareness of my energetic field. I hope it does the same for you! Please like, comment, and share as it will help me know that it has resonated and translated for you.
The 12D Shield of Light is a technique and psychic defense tool recommended for use in the morning and night. It is designed to protect you from negative interference, and strengthen and grow your Lightbody as well to utilize before you do any other healing, energy work, or modality. As you practice the Shield it will become second nature to your process and the building technique will become automatic.

Been doing this (or my own inner one) religiously for a few months now and the quickening and flow of my higher guidance has been coming thick and fast. I have sometimes had to do it twice during the day as some days require a little boost. Will start to try it at night too. Normally to an aura cleanse sound healing at night - more lovely things to add into my day. Thanks Jennifer x

You are the 1st person I have ever heard say that the zero point fiked is in the solar plexus. Most seem to feel it as located I the heart. May I ask, why you feel it is in the solar plexus?
I just finished my meditation a few minutes ago. It truly was so incredible & magical. Your voice is so soothing and the entire experience was phenomenal . Less then 3 minutes in and I was already crying happy tears. I felt like I was floating on the clouds as the sun was beaming beside me. My ears did pop and I was hearing echoe effects while having a l tingling sensation over my entire body. I felt so connected and intune the and had a huge emotional reaction in a positive way. Do I visualize as if observing myself (like seeing myself on a screen) or visualize as if my inside eyes look outward?
Also, is there a proper body position like spine straight, feet floor or legs lotus etc. or can I lay down and do this exercise? Thank you.
I feel like you should try all the things and the ways and see what works for you! It really depends on what will be the technique that you connect to✨ either way. For myself, I imagine both as it is happening on multiple levels of consciousness and dimensions 👽

Thank you so much for creating this beautiful 12D shield meditation! I have been doing it every morning for a few months, not as consistently in the beginning, but now I definitely do it. I notice how off I am during the day if I don’t do it, kind of unclean feeling, not sure how to describe it. But today, I did feel my ears pop for the first time! I haven’t done it before bed yet, but I am going to now. Also, I do this meditation in my Nubian Pyramid, very powerful! I feel like my Merkaba gets to Andromeda instantly, but that could be what others experience without a meditation pyramid, but still it’s an awesome experience! Also, Jennifer, please make more meditations, you are very soothing to listen to 🥰

Lovely meditation. It’s pretty hard for me to visualize so idk if I did it right but I tried my best. I did feel a lot of energy in my feet & I felt some heat around my shoulders. After an akashic reading I was told I needed to shield my auric field by 12D night and morning. So I’ll try my best to do it right & hopefully get some visuals.

How can you protect from remote view
I’ve been doing this religiously for 2 months now. And i recently got an akashic reading for the second time & I was told that my energy has been lighter & clearer. Even during the meditation I feel the light going through me. You have no idea how powerful this meditation is. I had to comment a second time. Does this work if you already have a negative energy or entity attached to you? I need some help I have a entity and everytime I try to remove it from me it moves deeper into me and I feel pain from it and I'm feeling painful constriction in my chest now from it
Hello, I’m so sorry you are experiencing this. The shield alone will not remove an already attached entity. But It may help you temporarily. What are you doing to remove the entity? You will want to use the shield directly after the removal along with protective prayers and smudging.

I have to comment this because my experience was just so profound. I’m already very connected and the gifts I receive from the universe definitely stems from that. In just a few minutes I saw my energy field, I did not release how large, how deep it was and which chakras are blocked. It made me so emotional that I’m genuinely experiencing a second awakening. I don't know what he's doing to me but he did it to my daughter the other night too. It's like he's placed force on my head like a boomerang....is there anything you have that can stop this?
A visual way of seeing it is like he point a big finger at you when it's meant to be his.
He's been visualising bad stuff over me and projecting into my reality....I don't know how to stop it....any ideas????
They're stopping me from receiving what I need, I have tried literally everything.
