What if I'm using the Genki Covert Dock that acts as the power supply as well?
I just ordered one of these for my switch, should be good.
What do you think of the Skull & Co Jumpgate Dock?

I bought a $20 when I found out on eBay and it comes in tomorrow. I'm going to buy an official AC adapter just to make sure it gets the power it needs and hopefully it'll work although it looks like a jump gate it's unmarked

I have 2 jumpgates I’ve been using for over a year and a half. Not a single issue with bricking :)

I haven't tested it but it should be able to!
do you think 3rd party wall chargers will work? im looking at this aukey 90 watt charger, wanted a universal brick that works on all my devices..
They might work, but personally with the worries about bricking, it's safest to probably run as much first party nintendo.

I asked Tammy, my connect at skullnco if it works for version 12. They've notified me that yes it does work with version 12!
13.0.0 works too.
