I have plenty of Super Duo beads, I just liked them so I ordered but never knew what to do with them. Thanks for the Idea. The heart is beautiful, looks easy, I will try this project. Thanks for sharing.
Think I added my comment to the wrong video. Anyway, I made this for my daughters car. I loved it so much that I couldn't find this video. Thank God I saved this in my folder. So now I'm happy cause I'm making this one for me. There's none like this. Thank you. I'm happy now that mine is done. Made this for my birthday in May.....🎉
Lovely Heater, this project is the perfect Heart for Pototmac Beads because whe Love all of you there & appreciated all of the videos, that's the way i see this project,Thank's!
I enjoy your tutorials, you make it is to follow. Just wanted to know with this pendant, do you reinforce the inside as well as the out? Because it's hard to get through the 15/0 without breaking them.
I made this and the instructions were easy to follow, but it was so large, I just couldn't see it as a pendant, so I took it apart. It is much larger than it seems. I used standard size superduos.
Okay of all things I would like to know if that needle has a specific name. I have never seen one bent like that...I bend my needles over time but this is a needle I think I'd like to try...can you put up some information about it and where you purchased it.Thank you.
Easy to follow, but mine loses the heart shape when I put it on the chain. I reinforced both inside and outside one time, but it doesn’t hold the shape. Curious how others are handling this. I love it, but can’t use it as it isn.
PotomacBeads I used Fireline 6 lb. Would I be able to pass twice through the beads if I used 8 lb? And I tried going through twice... But still it's a little floppy only when I hang it from the cord... When I put it on the floor it holds shape...
hello... you say 5 Superduo.. i see 6.. Please, whats right? Lovely greets from Switzerland... Tina.... Your tutorials a very nice and easy.. Thank you very much
We start everything with 1-2 arm lengths, and add on more as necessary. There is a video on our channel for how to 'add thread to seed beading projects.'
I would like to make one Bigger than this. I tried just doubling everything but it did not turn out. Is there a formula to make this heart bigger? Thank You!
It will probably just take some experimentation to see what works. You probably don't want to double, try just adding certain beads to certain sections.
i made a christmas colored one .it lookes beautiful laying flat . ,i re-enforced it around the inside and outside, BUT, it looks wobbly when it hangs! kind of dissapointed !!!
I made a smaller heart using the super duos, 15/0, 11/0 seed beads and 3mm bicone and it turned out quite nicely! these are the easiest hearts I have ever made, however I only have the super duos in aqua and black/silver colors,
Hi I've made several of these and all of them loose their shape when I put them on a chain or some other necklace material. They become like an oval. What have I done wrong?
Thanks Sylvie, we all love doing them, and we are just lucky that so much more staff is starting to do videos so that we can keep them coming!
I love these hearts! I used Mini-Duos and made earrings with them. I’m on to my third pair! Can’t stop! 😊 Thanks for the tutorial! ❤

+Peggy Creswell it will be smaller if you use MiniDuo beads instead.

Paint clear out the door nail polish on one side! Maybe a couple of times. It will stiffen it.

At 11:03 you say to pick up an 8-0 but you actually pick up an 11-0. Which is right, please?
The silver beads are 11/0s, the 8/0s are the frosted white. Hope that helps.
Why is my heart bending out of shape when I try to hang it from a cord or wire. Is there a way to stiffen the heart?
Which thread did you use? You could run some Wildfire 0.006" through all the beads to reinforce it.
PotomacBeads I used Fireline 6 lb. Would I be able to pass twice through the beads if I used 8 lb? And I tried going through twice... But still it's a little floppy only when I hang it from the cord... When I put it on the floor it holds shape...
Can you make this with out of other kinds of beads. Like bicones & if so what size
You can always try, we haven't done it yet.
hello... you say 5 Superduo.. i see 6.. Please, whats right? Lovely greets from Switzerland... Tina.... Your tutorials a very nice and easy.. Thank you very much
Did she say 5 grams of SuperDuos? Not sure what it is referencing, or what part of the video.
Potomac Bead Company oh sorry. i have a mistake.. Know its right. 6 on both sites...
How long should my string be? I made one but ran out of string half way through

Size 6 WildFire or Fireline
I love this heart.

Thanks for the help
What is the finished size of the pendant?
It is about 2 inches.
How much thread do you need for this?
Maybe an arm length. If that isn't enough you can always add on.
Precioso me encanta !
Quedo muy lindo Gracias
What is the size of the seed beads?
11/0 and 8/0
What size superduo?
There is only one size of SuperDuo, 2.5x5mm
I designed this in September 2015.
What do you mean that you designed this in 2015? This video was posted in 2013.
oh I love this
OLALIZZY FASHION SCHOOL like what you guyz are doing out there.
Ohhh ok thanks I got superduos and they look really small.... But thanks
How can I make it smaller & into earrings
Probably, but you may need a smaller bead on inside, and larger on outside.
