Thanks for this one. I started doing some streams of going through my old DJ backups. Been finding lots of gold and wished I had had a way to zoom exactly like this. So, thank you a kajillion
I just clicked to say you're looking very regal. Such beautiful hair and skin tone. You might need to start making hair and skincare tutorials soon. Great tutorial as usual.
Thanks Nutty!! I wish I could zoom on multiple sources. Right now I have it set up on my main game, but sometimes I’ll be playing a secondary game and try to zoom and forget it doesn’t work. Also you have to check a box that says use any source or something like that to choose one that is not the desktop. I forgot what the option is, but you showed me that on a live stream
@@JusFoNo I’ll try again, but I have my game scene with all my games in there, and it’s not an option for the sources. Each individual game appears on the list, but not the scene I’m using . I could have missed it tho
@@JusFoNo Did not work, but I got a fix! I added all my game sources to a Group and now I can choose that Group as the zoom source! Hope it helps anyone else trying to do this as well
If anyone can help me: I try to use the streamer.bot method but after writing the text and clicking OK, I get this message: "Missing request-type, at minimum this is required." And the action doesn't work, it doesn't even appear when I want to make a button on my stream deck. How can i fix it? Thank you
This script is useful, however do you know any method for zoomming not by switch, but on hold? I.e. when I hold button it is zoom in, and when I stop it goes zoom out?
I've been having a lot of trouble trying to get the zoom and follow working in both horizontal and vertical at the same time. It'd be nice in general for vertical to just have the mouse follow from screen edge to screen edge in certain games (without zooming further), any idea how I can make this work?
Is there no plugin or any way to enlarge the Cursor in Games, many games have cursors of some kind, and obs keep recording it so small that you can barely see it at times it looks VERY tiny.
What if I have dedicated gaming PC and streaming PC? I guess I'd have to use an OBS instance on the gaming PC and output my game to an OBS monitor output and link that to my streamer bot. Hm
It was great while it worked. All of a sudden it no longer follows the mouse... it moves in the direction of the mouse movement but it no longer ceters on the mouse.
My worst fear is that this doesn't turn off when I want without me knowing during a tutorial recording. Is there a way to pop up a toggle on my screen to show me it's active?
📌 Get the script here obsproject.com/forum/resources/zoom-to-mouse.1823/
obey to the OBS GOD !! thanks a lot :)
I literally typed this into RUclips expecting an old video - thank you for making this recently! 🙏

what you could do is have all your sources on a different scene, then import that scene as a source in another scene and zoom in on that.

Anyway to do this with dual pc and you want it to track the mouse of your gaming pc?
How did you put effect on your mouse cursor when clicking?
you're doing god's work
Thanks for this. I have a problem with my export quality, please how do you make your screen recordings high resolution?
Noice, nutty on point again.
is there any way to also add an "highlight" on the zoomed-in pointer?

Nutty can u do a video where u can make custom twitch alerts in obs and streamerbot?
Why can you only zoom in on the screen recording? Doesn't this work on game sources or window recordings?
on the script windows, click on the element "allow any zoom source", then you could select the source you want
@@keving.6794 Ah cool thanks, isn't there a way to use the zoom on all scenes?
Now would there be a way to do this with a Dual PC setup or Is it only on the Computer that's running OBS?

You need OBS masterclass if dont have already, sales will go brrrrrrr

Download page not coming up
entered sub action but it crashed streamerbot lol
Me an Australian seeing that Google search 👀(Helpful vid btw)!
My display isn't showing up in the script "Zoom Source" dropdown menu. It just has:
Mine too it says none
same
Will it work for vertical video?
I wrote the code exactly how you have it but when i text it in streamerbot it says code 204 request type not valid. what did i goof up?
can you also include tutorials how to "make reaction video using obs"
So many people getting motion sickness now I know how to do this.
it's not working with me.? any help
I wonder if there is a way I could use this with a separate streaming PC
I was reading the readme file in the Github repo about it, and I did see something about it being able to
can you set the hotkey to a useless extra mouse button?
How can i make it work for 2 or more sources? I tried to mess with the settijg but i dont think you can do this.i think its just work with 1 source
use the script twice and rename it so it will be with different sources :) . dont forget the macros

Okay, I did exactly this. works great.
It was great while it worked. All of a sudden it no longer follows the mouse... it moves in the direction of the mouse movement but it no longer ceters on the mouse.
I hope that this script can automatically zoom out after few secs. So we don't left it zoomed in while streaming.
The hotkey is a toggle. So hit it once to zoom in, hit it again to zoom out.
@@Velensar Just what I was looking for, thank you!
shouldve dropped the text you pasted at 2:26 - no worries though. i can write it manually lol

my zoom doesn't work at all, followed all the steps

I'm sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace and watch you from above! :)

Don't you already have a video on this ;) jk
Love your hair here btw :)
