2:58 I can say that "Stop banned users from viewing stream" it's kinda stopid, because people can still watching the stream just log out or go incognito mode and it's fine. It only works if you are login and people can still watching for example "streamsnipe".

They keep coming back, like a curse. Sometimes they even start taunting you like those yt videos on scam call centers. Where the entire office makes fun of one of their marks. They pass you around between them. Its nuts.
So uh, for someone who is extremely new, I'd recommend... showing them, where in the dashboard, where these settings are. Being so difficult to find is half the problem with turning them on.
Blocking the user also stops them from seeing the stream. Edit: /w username also directly whispers someone. Doesn't get around a block or the "no whispers from strangers" setting. But it is helpful if you need to rapid fire a message.
I'll have to convert some of these ideas to Firebot stuff. I don't use streamerbot. The UI is dated, plus I've been using Firebot since the Mixer days.
The most thing I like in twitch is sery_not cause they do banned any bots that's comes into the stream and same as the moderation settings. But the thing I hate when some haters come into the stream and attacking some people is a big pain and I hope that twitch will actually banned them cause in my honest in streaming for almost 3 years it's frustrating me off a bit and I hate it. But yeah my opinion for streaming twitch is sery_bot it's the best moderation for streaming.
Sery bot is sick. The other mod tools you mentioned are super helpful as well, thanks for bringing some attention to them! I missed a couple of these when I set up my channel.
