AVID ARMOR, USVX, MARINATE FUNCTION, 1 14 24

This video is a how does the marinate function work on the Avid Armor Chamber Vacuum Sealer, USVX model work. Honestly, I probably won’t use this function, I just don’t think it’s very useful for me. It goes through 2 vacuum circles and takes too long and it doesn’t seal the bag.

I wonder if you just left the three chicken breasts in the Pyrex, put them through the marinate function, and then seal?

I am sure you would get similar results, but I knew that I would sous vide my chicken and that is why I sealed my bags the day before.

I think the marínate function is meant for marinating meat you plan on cooking that day.
