I'm still using the pan today with no issues. But usually people are concerned with the non-stick over several years. Time will tell. I hope this was helpful! Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Sorry for my late response, I've been so busy this week. Thank you I really appreciate the compliment! I'll keep trying to put out good content. Have a great day!
I didn't really believe it was induction-compatible. No mention of stainless steel anywhere. Your video was the only reference to mention the stainless steel in it. That convinced me it would work on my induction stovetop. I'm buying it now. :-)
Yeah this one should be fine because the nonstick coating is ceramic and not Teflon or some other toxic chemical. But you should still use only non-metal utensils on it to avoid scratches. You want to preserve the coating!
Great question, the max oven temp is 302 F and that's because of the handle. They also say the max temperature overall is 550 F which must refer to stovetop. Although I'm not sure how you would know exactly how hot your open flame is getting. In a separate comment on the product description they say "low to medium" heat is best for long term care. Maybe that's related to the non-stick coating. Thanks for watching! :)
The quality of the pan seems as good as the quality of your mic. 👍🏽 Thank you for reviewing this pan. I do wonder how it holds up over time.

Handle is a composite material called "rubberwood."
I guess that makes me a rubberwood fan. Thanks for watching and have a great day!
Does that mean it can be placed in the oven?
Looks delicious!
I agree! All the better with a great pan. Thanks for watching!
If the bottom is scracthed is it safe to use I have heard some pans should be thrown out if they are scratched.

So how has this pan been holding up 11 months later???
It's fantastic it's still my favorite pan, really the best I've ever had. I use it multiple times per week!
What's the highest temperature you can cook over stovetop heat flame?
