Hi, thank you for the video. I have a problem with user related issue on refreshall button. I can refresh pivot tables created by queries in excel, however my colleague can not do same. He can refresh manually opening template and clicking the refresh button of queries under 'queries&connections' page. It does not allow him to execute it via vba code. We have same excel version and background refresh is clicked for both of us. Do you have any suggestion on this issue?

You may need to enable macros on his computer.
There is also a setting under….
Settings -> trust center -> macro settings
