      the walls are so even and the pulls are so uniform--each example he cuts open is better than anything i've ever done.

    am i the only one who crys a little on the inside when he cuts something so pretty, that you know you'll never be able to pull up so well?

      Wall thickness is something you have to keep up on and practice. If I start to get lazy, you can see it in the cross sections. The damn things don't lie.

    Thanks to your instruction, I was able to make the largest thrown pot I've ever made yesterday. It was a saggar for doing reduction firing in the electric kiln. It was basically just a large cylinder with a fitted lid.
