The emotion of the miss on the bull then being called in twice by Doug Flutie is priceless. Trents description of the guy sitting in a wallmart parking lot sitting on a tailgate to funny

Game of inches is an understatement, but you guys have created a show the blows everyone else away by miles. Loving every minute, thanks for promoting public land use and real hunting.

Guys I have Hunted elk and deer the Colorado high country for 25+ years. Now retired to San Carlos, Costa Rica. I love what you've done, I spent the whole day today watching the whole sha-bang! start to EP 28 I have lived so many of those experiences you are having. Keep on trucking boys.

  • @mikeashmon

Trent, that was maybe the coolest calling sequence I have heard, you played that whole situation so pro! Well done, that was an awesome sounding bull too. Bummer you guys didn't get him, but what a cool hunt!

The one thing I enjoyed, and have been meaning to comment, was that I am impressed that you guys don’t complain about how thick it is in the woods! I may or may not have been aggravated on my last (and first) elk hunt and Flagstaff Az has NOTHING on what you guys hunt in!!! Totally inspired and humbled by the hard work that you guys do in your hunts!

Absolutely hands down the best hunting to watch. On a late season mule deer spot and stalk hunting trip in Washington state and phone service is horrible here but we prop the phone up in the window seal of the cabin and it get just enough service to watch the land of the free to boost our sports. Thanks again guys and I hope your videos never end

Love the videos guys! Thank you for the comments about the boring stuff and the lows. They are there and very real! But pushing through those boring times and lows, even for years of unsuccessful hunts, is always worth it in the end.

I really love these videos because it shows the raw emotional highs and lows associated with hunting. Pretty much all the videos you see these days don't really show the grind of the hunt so it's really refreshing watching you guys. Keep up the good work because I haven't missed a video yet and it always makes my night

This footage keeps us hunters all on our toes. Like being there and also reliving our own hunting seasons on top of it. My family is being real patient with me because not only do they put up with me bugling preseason but now for the next 50 days in the evening after 5pm our home is still filled with bugles... We had a great season and now even a better post season with your real life hunting footage. Keep up the good work... Enjoyed helping Uncle Bruce last year in Walla Walla too....

Second time I have watched the series can’t wait until next year. For anyone thinking that bull will die, he won’t I have skinned elk in late season gun and have cut my hand on a broad heads before. They are super tough animals.

This episode definitely illustrates how everything has to right to be successful in bow hunting. Really makes all the challenges that have to be over come rewarding. The mental challenges to stay positive over the course of a long hunt can be tough! Definitely agree with having good positive people around is very important. Don't think a solo hunter can maintain this aspect as well!

    Hello again!
Sweden is still watching every single episode with great pleasure.
That you can hold your optimism up so all the time, it's impressive!
I actually took contact with the Swedish hunting association about the question of bow hunting.
The answer I got is that they are "carefully considering it".
I can only wish that it's going at the right direction.
You guys are my role models of hunting with a bow.
I hold you high for charing all the ups and downs, the reality of bow hunting.
I wish you all the best of luck everyday.
Keep up the great work guys!
Many thanks from Fredrik in Sweden

Shots are often different than they appear. Even with video, strange things happen at the speed of life and death. I hate the hunt ended as it did but experience will tell you what happened and I think you guys figured it all out pretty quick. That plus the amount of respect you give the game and each other is admirable. This is a great series and so much work, it’s not even funny. I’m a self filmer so I can really appreciate the vast amounts of work each of you put into this project!

Tyler took the disappointment like a true GENTLEMAN. I can just imagine what was going through his mind, first and foremost I truly believe his concern was for the animal. Not for himself and that's the way all true sportsman think and feel. I have a great deal of respect for all you guys and what you are trying to do. Your videos are so far and away above the regular TV shows that since your journey started I have not watched a TV hunting show and probable won't again. God Bless you all.

DANG-IT, Here we go again! Got that, lump in my throat, somethings wrong, sick feeling, AGAIN!! Takes a day or 2 to go away. Just like if It was my Shoulder Smashed arrow that you picked up. Hate that feeling! But that's one of the things that pushes us to practice all we can, and always double/triple check our equipment in the field and prior. And your so right about Tyler, he's demonstrated that Philippians 4: 7 kind of Peace, through that whole situation. I TOO LEARNED A LOT about being a better Christian Example to Others in times like that. That said, I still have that lump in my throat!

I know the feeling. Last year had my UT LE elk tag; bull of my dreams decided to have a bugle party, after so long finally had him at 42 yards clean shooting lane I thought, shot felt great. Well after shooting and bull walking over the hill went to see the spot he was at and there laid my arrow broken! Wanted to scream, but I figure all we can do is keep on keeping on and hope to get lucky with another tag one day.

Freezer issue from Ep. 21. I install a 1500 watt (peaks at 3000 watt) power inverter on my trucks so I can power my freezer while the truck is running. It's fairly simply to install. I run a 8.9 cuft freezer that starts up at 12 amps and runs at 2-3 amps. Works like a champ and no longer dependent on finding ice.

Wow! Tough break for Tyler! I really felt bad for him. He went from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. But you guys were all there for him, and that was awesome! These videos awesome too! I haven't missed a one, and I don, t plan to! God willing of course, I was wondering if you guys do any sports shows? I go b to the Great American Sports Show in Harrisburg, Pa.every year. I would love to see you guys there!

Another great video guys! Thanks for keeping it real. Sorry to see Tyler mis but unfortunately it happens. He kept a positive attitude and moved on. That’s not easy. Hey, have you guys ever considered creating a play list on the gear you use. Clothing, bows including components, packs and contents, optics, etc. I would be interested and it would be money for people wanting to get into bow hunting but not sure what equipment they need to get started.

Hey BRO, loving the series. My father was injured in a hunting accident when he was younger and unfortunately lost his tricep due to the injury. I am just getting him to archery hunt but he has to use a crossbow now. I was just hoping for a shoutout to Craig, and at some point to really get him excited next year can we get a nice bugle and elk kill compilation at the end of this project? Thanks again, Chris

Interesting. I had to laugh at my cousin one time got called in by a rotten elk caller, calling from a running 4-wheeler. I don’t know how that could have possibly happened.😂🤣😂

Bagged a nice six x six. Only shot once, had two entrance wounds. Going fishing, this is too much work.
