I was subscribed to Sterling Ink too but stopped for pretty much the same reason. I think you realllyyyy have to love florals to stick with it. I love her planners though. I like HW designs too but it can get pricey real fast. I enjoyed your haul!

I could listen to you all day long. Your voice is so soothing and silky. I’ve always been captured by gorgeous accents so that helps. I’m printing my own sticker sheets this week and cutting them all by hand with a craft blade while binge listening. I’m hoping that an inkjet printer and cameo go on sale for prime day so I can add more to my line up. Currently using my laser printer which isn’t as sharp even though I have most of the high resolution master files.
I’m glad you mentioned the difference between roseylifeplanner and sterlingink. I buy from both but yes I agree I noticed the prices of individual items are more expensive on roseylife. I currently have both planners from both companies and I feel like the sterling ink planner cover feels more luxurious than the roseylife planner. I still support both companies because roseylife has cute color combinations but I feel like the quality is exquisite with sterlingink and not as expensive.
SterlingInk discontinued her clear covers. She had lots of issues with them shrinking. I don’t know that she plans to give it another go with a different manufacturer.
On the LaurenPhelpsDesigns TN sleeve you can put both sides of the thicker notebooks in the sleeve and it holds your thicker books really nicely in your TN and you can still add two more TN inserts with it. I have them in all the sizes.

My covers are fine not a problem.
@@apriltriggs2737 that’s great. A lot of folks had issues with them but more it was their stock they had at the shop - they shrunk tremendously.

I think the reason people like Sterling Ink so much is because that's HER artwork and it's not AI made or others licensed work... NOT that using either one is bad! Hell I want my own shop and I can't even draw stick figures so I would have to do the same!

Just wanted to pop on to say, that our shop for example doesn’t use AI. I have no idea how to use AI. 😅 All my art is sourced and commercial licenses purchased from small businesses who make art for a living. I have always support other small businesses in the community. I don’t discriminate whether the artist I purchase from uses AI or not as I believe in creativity it whatever form it is in. Many of the artist I purchase from also create digital and watercolour art. I just love supporting other small businesses which keeps our money in the community. I also add some of my own pieces to our kits too.
Katherine from sterling ink has beautiful work and I think she is super talented. I have never been a minimal planner so her style is so different from ours and we both bring something unique to the planner community & market 🩷🩷 I appreciate that 🩷 I agree with Becky it’s really just your preference 🩷
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and I love this community so much, if I could make kits for free I would but we all have bills to pay and an adult life to live 😅🩷✨ but for me, I spend my money as much as possible back into the small business community as I believe in supporting small no matter what they sell, art, planners, stickers 🩷🩷 I actually have bought also from sterling ink before a few years ago 🩷 I’m here for our planner Community love 🩷
Majority of the makers in the commuting that don’t do their own art license it from artists. They don’t use Ai. But there are quite a few that doe their own art as well. And some are quite good you’d think they are licensing it. One shop the husband of the shop owner does the art which is so fun. He just started playing around and was so good at it.
@@JustScribble This is so true girl🩷 I haven’t a clue how to use AI 😅 and all the girls who have small planner shops I chat to… license their art as we do….as I said each, Shop brings their own uniqueness, some draw and paint and some prefer to save that time and for example like us -create more content instead as more me it’s all about the community and just connecting with others 🩷 Each shop to their own 🩷✨ that’s what’s great about our community 🩷🩷🩷✨

And I don't think using AI or someone's else's art is a bad thing (as long as you go about it the right way). Lynda you are seriously one of the sweetest people in this community! For Rebel ink co -- for the sterling ink standard vertical do you recommend the new standard one you showed or the mini vertical? I'm not sure which one will fit... Or is the first standard you showed the ones that people normally use for stalogys or bullet journals... I know I probably don't make a bit of sense but basically I want to know which would fit a sterling ink standard vertical.
Also, if I was to get the sterling ink subscription... What subscription would you get (in your opinion) that would work with the sterling ink BEST - in regards to boxes and being functional. I want to use sterling ink in my planner but I will need some boxes and icons that go well with the SI subscription. There are so many out there now that I don't know which one to pick to go with the SI.

Hey thanks so much for asking, he is getting better now. His blood sugar dropped very low but they got it back to normal and he has just been very tired since. He is also scared to eat as he was scared of being sick. All in all a lot better though x
