In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. Be sure to stay subscribed to stay up to date with my latest expeditions, y'all!
Doesn't want to be noticed but drives around with a truck bed full of trash!! This guy cracks me up!!
"I don't want to be recognizable" - The guy that talks to himself and does ninja moves on the sidewalk. 😂
who took the garbage? A white truck... go find it...
I love that you see the value in items that are re-sellable.You and Shaneman TV both scrap the same.Love your videos.
Mike,Mike,Mike you had me saying, "hoes in the trash" I share what's going on with my disabled daughter and she laughs, you really make our day. I watch the scrap and pallet man too. I really like the calmness of Paul's voice. Your the greatest, thanks Mike😊😊😊
The brass lamp may be Stiffle, I think they are cast brass, my mother in law bought Stiffle and knew more about them. Check it out before sending it to the iron or aluminum scrap heap. Grind off an area inside the lamp to see if it is brass throughout. The tie wire reel is used by concrete workers who tie reinforcing steel for concrete. On the PlayStation you can collect cords for the various game systems and keep them in sets. Next time you find a console you can test it in the shop...
Mike... It's crazy, I know, but I'm starting to talk like you. LOL!!! You really give me a lift at the end of every day. I always look for your uploads because you always make me laugh. Never lose ur craziness. I struggle with severe depression and anxiety with PTSD. But you make me forget my troubles for a little while. Thanks man!
Love your show, would like to see more of your industrial park dumpster runs. Keep up the awesome work. You are a funny dude. Maybe a comedy show.... just throwing that out there.
Hey Mike I heard a good idea on Tucker Upper about using those shelves at yard sales and flea markets since they break down so easy. Thought it might help you all out with your yard sale. Have a great weekend!💞💞
Seen a ceiling fan on the curb yesterday, immediately thought of you. Lol
That Polly Pocket lights up with a battery and could be worth money. Look it up, you may be surprised :) Good scores today.
6:45 = Speaker Stands. Greetings from Germany.
PS: You should've taken the yellow brass trophies with you (~$1.50 per pound, so probably $15 - $30 for the whole box). And the Polly Pocket Dreamhouse Thingy goes for up to $80 on Ebay.
Max Mustermann I was looking for this comment, ahhh it hurt so bad
Plastic trophies... if they were metal he would have felt the weight immediately.
Gold plated pot metal.
FYI Mike and friends. Was reading Forbes this late morning today and found that they had a RUclips ad posted with you Mike 4 times advertising your site. I am so happy for you. It is sure to generate some new fans. Congratulations. PS; In case you are not familiar Forbes is a business, useful information and market news site plus real paper resource (for now anyway).
Those wrapped gloves WERE at one point surgical sterilized gloves. But someone I guess decided to unwrap them (They'd have been in a vacuum sealed plastic baggy). The impact gun probably just has a bad switch or broken wire.
I love mikes ways you rock dear boy u make this lady smile n laugh.❤❤
More river scavenging videos plz!! 😃
You could sell that Polly Pocket on ebay for $20 easily. As always, a pleasure to watch, Mike!
How did I miss this one. Plenty of cool finds in this one. Those ice skates will come in handy soon enough Mike.
That's a nice score on those plastic shelves nice find that is a nice wooden box you find good score
Great finds and those blue things are chair covers like for wooden tables. Thanks for sharing your scavenging videos..👏..
Do you mean the blue chair seat cushions? Not for tables.
Janet Thurston ..no I just was telling him what they are for ! Damn woman WTF..🤣..not everyone knows what they are..lol..🤣..
@@annie-grace-cooper2653 I think everyone knows they are chair seat cushions not for tables like u first stated. 'WTF' is not a nice term to use toward anyone.😒
Janet Thurston ..WTF is exactly what I said and he said he didn’t know what they were for ! And I did not say they were for a table . You really need to read my comment more clearly..🧐..
25:05 lamp. I’ve turn a couple of those in and similar things like the fan brackets and certain faucets, etc. My yard called it die-cast. According to Wikipedia: Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, pewter, and tin-based alloys.
There ya go. I always wondered.
When I was growing up that kind of metal was usually called spelter, mostly zinc I believe.
As soon as you put 3 things in the bed, the gig is up. Everyone knows you're pickin. Rail it up son 😁
The basket is for a doll.
Its so weird how you find almost the same kind of stuffs in the same days.. ceiling fans one day.. desks one day... Screens one... And today seems like bed frames... Lol..
Those gloves wrapped in paper are what come in catheter insertion trays. They usually use the ones they have in their dispensers and throw those away.
@ 23:41 could you put a new cord inside it ? but it's possible the contact reel is burnt out.
Have you ever thought about putting a ladder rack on top of your truck or should I say in the bed of your truck that way you look like a construction vehicle and you can put stuff on top plus if you put a piece of plywood over the cab on the ladder rack it'll keep the cab of the truck cooler
Awesome fines! Thanks for sharing.
That tony hawks Pro skater was my favourite ever skateboarding game and the one I played best on I remember all the secret characters etc it was a hell of a fun game. Also the Omni filter I suggest you investigate more as it's supposed to be a full filter module for a house so chances are the casing itself could go for more than a few bucks, specially to someone looking to setup the filter in there home.
That zebra case, you can very easily fix the zipper. Search on RUclips. Fix zipper. Wish I lived closer to buy some things from you. Specially the furnitue. Great video. Thank you 👍
I wake up every morning I watch your videos while I'm having my cup of coffee.
And I look at all the other videos that scrap and you're the ( king ) of scrappers and you say why cuz ur a young man got a lot of potential and everything you pick up . u have a home for it .
Hey take the ps1 to a vintage game store and they can test that PS1
Ayeeee that license plate on that bumper was from Minnesota! That's my state! Lol
@6:48 those look like speaker stands for a home theatre. might be able to sell them to someone but it night be better to *wait for it*
Scrappity Scrap Scrap them!
MIKE take care of your back you lift some heavy stuff. great video as usual MIKE IS #1
Not worried about bed bugs on those rails? Savage!
Bed bugs tend to like cloth and skin, they don't tend to live on metal items.
And UV over 1 plus million ❤
From Ireland
23:07 mount a fake water hose or pipe on a wall, mount this filter in between
and use this as a hiding spot for some items.
Hey mike the scavenger you can have rails that you can put on before you go scavenging for your gold!😁
Okay lol I don't remember raggedy ann sounding like Micky mouse 😂😂
Well another fine day of scraping. Thanks for sharing your story.
Another great video brother you know how Tonya Harding didn't own those skates you didn't find a bat or a club next to them😄
Lolololololol
6:55 into the video, Those be speaker stands Mike, they bolt on to the L brackets.
bonjour Mike , les poubelles regorgent de trésor et toujours bon a récupérer ,super tes videos bonne journée a toi l 'ami
Those polly pockets are worth alot of money. Check that out when you find them
Those are some suround sound speaker stands.
Got my fix for the day. Thanks for the video. You da man !😎
Mike I think Dollie stands out anyway. You always have her overloaded lol
Hey Mike.. Seen that Polly pocket castle going for around 40 dollars on eBay.. Good find.. 😁
That brass lamp is pot metal, it still is heavy and worth scrapping or selling.
in that bin of plush toys you left behind a vintage Popple worth between $25 and $40 depending on the condition .
Loved your video. Lots of great stuff 😅 😊
All these examples have red hair and printed features on the faces, but can still be worth more than $200 each in good to excellent condition. Even Knickerbocker Toy Company's Raggedy Ann, produced from 1963 to 1982, can be worth more than $100 for a 36-inch doll.
That numnoms baking oven list at 55.00 bucks at Target.
Marathon Watching 9/14/22 Nice finds Mike!
whaaat! Scrapity scrap scrap scrap.
Those are Speaker Stands
Thursday evening here Mike.
Where is here? Pacific coast here its Thursday morning😌🌈
We are going this way, that way, forward backwards over the Irish sea. A bottle of rum to fill my tum, Thanks for subscribing to me 😂
Look up Polly; some of those bitty Polly Pocket toys are worth buck$$.
I was watching a show the other day, and it was mentioned that the picture frame could be worth more than the painting, so be aware.😙
Lol 92 that's kinda old... I'm like that was yesterday :-)
recently started to watch you, you are truly entertaining. I will be purchasing some shirts.
That lamp looks like a Stiffel lamp. They're kind of out of style today but were very expensive and sold at high end furniture and home furnishing stores.
Fun day out with Mike!!!
There's got to be a market for old trophies. They are not cheap for someone to purchase to present to winners. Just the toppers should be worth something to a trophy store or trophy engraver.
OMG, ANNABELLE ORIGINAL :OOO HAHAHAHAHHA 30:23
Hellooo from Greece man!!
Just get the small tube rail's for your truck just to keep stuff from sliding off the side
Mike, hand that couple of extra bucks back to the scale guy as a tip/ It will pay off in the long run.
I was wandering if I missed a day lol! Did you ever contact that guy that you found the wallet update please on that thanks!
One of the ads was a new Rambo movie called last blood freaking cool.
To the river!!!!
Not Sponge Bob. 'Minion'! lol
The Playstation video issue is more of a plug one. Switch the plugs to the t.v. around in the proper holes(red, white, yellow)...experiment with it. You should get it somehow. Would a trailer expose you? Don't use "not enough space" as an excuse to not grab something... Paintballs...bert; scrap farm... He recently got a couple paintball guns...don't know if he kept them or not...❤☺😇
Wall art with those blades. Watch you all the time. Your numbered video s was very depressing love the way you do it now. Don't you think when you do your acts in the streets that people in there house's day who's that weirdo out there but I love it. Thanks for the the funny laughs you give me. Love Jules from UK.
That impact gun probably just needs brushes. Easy to change.
I'm watching from the Philippines godbless mike ...🙏🙏🙏
The polly pocket you have sells for about $20-$30 on ebay #SCORE
Awesome !!!!💪💪❤👍👍
Hey Mike. You should try to use live cast on Twitch. I'm sure it's gonna attract some audience. Also why not allowing tips? Another point. You should definitely promote environmental agenda. Mike the eco ninja. Your scavanging is also quite useful for the planet. Can't believe people don't recycle metals! Respect bro! Awesome job!
32:30 yup, THAT one is recognizable at the baggage claim :D
Fold or slide up rails for when you're getting full only
you gotta have "The Eye"...
so ok rails would draw more attention....i never thought of that....of course so does a truck loaded to the gills with a zebra suitcase on top.
BED RAILS I see you pick up a lot of them. Do you use them for raw material (angle iron) or scrap most of them? I remember when we lived in a large enough city to be able to do curbside scrapping myself, and was frequently using the rail material to build stuff! Nice scores today!! (Check your PO box)
Bed rails make good tomato stakes.
His truck doth runneth over!
SAVE THAT TEDDY! 😢
Blaaaa! 😂 too funny, I jus purchased that very same shelving from depot yesterday
$55 ✌
Should have told the cow you'll see him at McDonald's or the barbecue 💥💥
More dumpster videos please!!
Is your family ever surprised at the cool stuff you find?
Humpday yall!!!
You mentioned the term staging who's a realtor?
tywire is for tying up rebar wire spools any job site with steel work footings easy sale ,not going to get a lot but 10 bucks is 10 bucks
HI CANT BELIEVE YOU LEFT TEDDY BEHIND MIKE, YOU KNOW YOULE HAVE BAD DREAMS OV TEDDY NOW MIKE LOLHAHA
I bet the scale is still off. Remember when they were working on it a while back? It seems like ever since that day they have been giving you a couple extra bucks every time you go.
Good find
