small speaker and big speaker in the same enclosure will create an unbalanced pressure. This makes the small speaker act like a passive radiator for the big speaker which can cause harm to the small speaker. Recommended you remove the small speaker or replace it with another big speaker or separate the small speaker and big speaker. I know you used an air port so I guess the problem is not that significant but still it is a bad design.
Also, why did you use the small speaker like a tweeter (the frequency response for small speaker are not suitable for creating good high-frequency sound), you could just add an actual tweeter and make the small speaker become a mid-range while the big speaker a subwoofer.

Just cut the two bracket down in the subwoofer and leave the two bracket alone and just hot glue the subwoofer down no bolt needed very nice ideas….☠️ what if the ho glue cannot handle the bass vibration anymore shoud have been great subwoofer if you did not cut the two brackets and bolt it down and use hot gluee……
now u made me jealous.....anyways how do u prevent buzzing fron the speakers? because any speaker i make i get a small amount of buzzing which then amplifies after some time of use

Не ну тут лайк однозначно! Только не совсем понял как к сабвуферу подключились ведь усилок 2х канальный насколько я понял. Или же я чтото проглядел
Всё правильно, усилитель двух каналы, с одного канала подключил 2 динамика а со второго саб.

Why capacitor in parallel with speaker ? For more Bass ? And which capacitor you used ?
for more bass you don't need capasitor, the capasitor used for tweeters. i used 50v 2.2uf

Hi, how is the subwoofer connected? After all, you just have a two-channel amplifier.
The amp have 2 channels, from one i connected 2 speakers and from 2nd channel the sub. I don't know how but it's worked ;)
