3:20 Instead of applying the water-glue mixture on the rings... on the balloon... I think it would be best if you put the rings (separate from each other) on top of a plastic sheet, then apply the water-glue mixture. allow to dry. Flip over the rings and apply more water-glue mixture then allowed to dry... so both sides are now covered with it. (You can repeat applying water-glue mixture to both sides to make it stronger.) Once dried, you can now glue the rings to each other around the balloon... that way... the rubber balloon (when pierced at time 3:50) won't get stuck inside the structure (because when you applied the glue on the rings at time 3:20, you glued the balloon to the rings as well)
cute but how do you change the light bulb if you glued it to the foundation or am i missing something.....new to crafts...so not sure.....very lovely item....

Aap ne holder k sath pura fix kar dia. Agar bulb ko kabhi change karna pare to kaise change karenge? Bulb ko bahar nikal ne ka koi jagha to nahi hae.. aap agar iska solution bata dayte to achha hota.. please help..

This one looks better than the one i just saw from Easy Crafts. It's a great idea but I'm really surprised that you didn't paint it. I don't want to look at a nice craft and see newspaper and balloon stuck in the wholes of it. It's a great idea, But... you should have finnished it.
