On the story about the garden being destroyed twice what you need to do is get your friends and neighbors together go to the next HOA meeting and when it's time for you to speak declare no confidence in the HOA board and the man them to step down to be replaced I want you to declare no confidence in the HOA board you need to have everyone let your buddies and friends agree start talking real loud at each other and get someone to shout I second that and someone else to say I heard that then say I hereby move to replace our HOA the new leadership as soon as that takes place and you get new leaders in there in the same meeting with a new leaders have them move to the stand the HOA permanently use those words permanently and give out from whatever Street on one side to the next street on the other side north south east west and declare this area to be permanently free from an HOA that means that some weasel later on in life once a pop up on HOA there and they look at the bylaws and rules for the old HOA that no longer exist they'll say that it's been permanently this band and also have a lawyer write a letter with that making it impossible for them to restart another HOA!
Furthermore before the hoa's disbanded before the meeting walked around Karen's house with a bunch of cameras taking pictures of everything and reporting her sorry ass to the HOA board and inform them you will be bringing that up during the next HOA meeting to see what has been done about it if they do nothing that'll only help your case in the no confidence of the HOA leaders plus you get the added bonus of pissing off Karen even more and she can't do s*** about it
