Why did they not call the cops and have her trespassed? No HOA..or anyone else for that matter..are allowed to just walk into your private property.

If he put a lock on both sides she can pick the lock she could see.

Exactly. Simply call police, report an attempted break-in, and press charges, HOA or not.

Last one tell him his mother will let him look, feel and suck, just go and ask her. Should stop the actions immediately, when she is the one getting all the attention.

A homeowner pays the down payment, monthly mortgage, home insurance, property taxes and other upkeep of a home and an HOA thinks they have the right to tell a homeowner how, when and where to take care of their property?? Amazing that the HOA thinks this is their right.

The whole concept seems kind of strange, since HOAs from what I understand mostly cover things that should already be paid for with taxes
Not to mention what about the so called freedom in the US😂

    Last story - Disgusting.
Normally, I wouldn't say this, but..... Tell him to try his mother's, as she's his mother, and it's the mother's job to feed their children. That should get them to stop right quick, one way, or another.

question: why do HOAs want to have an entire neighbourhoods to be copy and paste. (Just from hearing all these story) i live in Ireland and 90% of our neighbourhoods are a mixed bag of shapes, sizes, textures and colours. never heard of a HOA here so

HOA said aloud as one word does sound like wxore!
Having said that, why willingly buy a house in a HOA if alternatives are available.

I don't understand people who think it's ok to just trespass on someone's property. Like what the heck is going through your brain to make you think that is ok???

if I had "Karen" waking me up like that arguing with someone I would call the Police and tell them there may be a domestic dispute going on. Also if it is loud enough for you to hear it without actively invading their privacy by holding your ear or a listening device against the wall, record what you can hear. Point out where you were able to hear it and do that (the middle of a room maybe). The way I see it if they can be heard in your own home easily they have no reasonable expectation of privacy. The one and only reason you want it is just in case they accuse you of filing a false Police report. Then you can use your evidence and turn it around on them for being the ones who filed the false report by saying it was false and nothing happened. You make sure to teach that horrible Karen not to mess with you!! It is your freedom to sleep as long as you damn well please and don't let her forget that for a second from that point on!!
Note that the recording should only be done from a place in your house, preferably in the middle of a room. If they can be heard all the way over there they should not expect privacy. Heck, waking you up like that is a nuissance and an invasion of your privacy to a degree. Call a lawyer and note every time they wake you up, harass you or anything that may possibly be illegal.

Breastfeeding story:- That goes way beyond normal boundaries, even if the child is autistic his own mother isn’t addressing the issue in a positive way to help him understand that there are just some things that are unacceptable to do which is nothing short of bad parenting in itself.

Breastfeed my child...he's autistic! Well that karen mom is going to give the boy a terrible life with her spoiling.

Last story. I don't care if the stepchild is autistic i'm a guy and i'm totally creeped out of that kid
OP would have to lock her room when she takes a nap or set up a hidden camera and show the recording to everyone in the house.
If the dad or stepmom aren't disgusted move out as fast as possible even if that means couchsurfing

Wet nurses can get $50,000 a month, though it's usually much less, if your sister is willing to pay that for her darlings therapy set up a contract with her and collect in advance.

When are you going to learn to read correctly? How many different names does the baby (last story) have? EVERY TIME you said her name, it was printed differently. Just goes to show that some people don't know how to proofread!
