i'm a 33 year old Korean and it's very interesting to watch how high school students spend their lives in school these days. It's pretty much similar to my high school years but at the same time quite different from my high school years, especially having a grassy playground and only a few students(seems like about 20?) in one class. Also every studen wearing a mask looks a little sad to me. Hope you spend the rest of your high school life happily and make a lot of good memories.

Wooow things are really different cause here in South Africa school starts in January and ends in December but we have holidays after every 3 months we call that a "term" so we have 4 terms
And when you're in grade 11 you're actually a senior we have primary school starting from grade 1 to 7 the high school starts from grade 8 to 12( in grade 8 and 9 you do all the subjects that the school offers then at the end of grade 9 you choose the subjects that you want to do and that align with your career) so starting from grade 10 until 12 you're a senior then go to college or university to pursue your dream career

How are all normal highschools outside of America so lovely??? There's so much care put into uniforms, food, break time, health, and architecture. Even the relationships among the students seem so much kinder and respectful. Only all the expensive schools in America are this nice

@@thatgirlinokc3975 so from what I know (I’m korean but I never went to school in korea cuz I live in America, I got this info from my parents who did school in korea) students are usually supposed to clean after school ends in their classroom such as wiping the board, sweeping, cleaning the floor, and tidying up the classroom. I do know that cleaning the bathrooms were a thing but I’m not sure as of now (my parents had to do it but I’m not sure if it changed or not) anyways yeah, cleaning the classroom is like a responsibility every student in korea (and other countries) should experience.

It’s nice to see that u don’t start at the same time as America or the UK. When I left the UK and went to Zimbabwe we started school in March due to Covid but they actually start in January so it made me feel out of place because I was used to starting in September
