thanks sir for the info but I pressed my drive and passenger selonoid manually and the S tube refused to shift what could be the problem?

My pump is acting up. My drive cylinders are positioning themselves at around 50% of travel. Adjusting the travel to max, and then it's back to 50% travel length.
What do I look for?
2015 alliance pump.
