@@canadianconcretepumper1979 I run a 4 section z so in my head I just assumed the 3rd section would be the twist which I was correct it was just backwards
Technology is amazing Scott I'm very impressed with the pumps that you're showing in and what their capabilities are whether it's a boom platform pump or a regular pump it's just amazing I'm just a concrete finisher not a pump operator I just find it amazing how technology is how far it's come take care of yourself
Appreciate that. These machines have become so versatile, many jobs which back in the day would have been line-pump only, are now easily poured with these more advanced boom configurations. Definitely saves on labor (which is seemingly the most difficult thing to come by these days).
I have a 20m Putz that I just spray oil on the C & D sections. After the pour I can usually spray off with my hose or on big pours go back to the shop and power wash.
I have to agree with dan, we have two of the first gen 32-5 with the longer rear outriggers and never have issues with splatter on the 3rd-4th. The low unfolding hight of these are extremely versatile, I'd still prefer to run an rz personally but these are handy trucks to have for sure 😂
One of these days Dann and I are going to have to get an RZ and a ZZ down at our yard and put them through a series of challenges to see which reigns supreme!
The 28Z with that new “full-flex” outrigger system would have a nice little niche on our fleet. That being said, the 5 section boom and additional reach of this 32-5 would definitely have some advantages.
My favorite pump I’ve ever ran EVER!
I’ve heard that same sentiment from several operators. Haven’t had the opportunity to run one myself, but it certainly is intriguing.
@@canadianconcretepumper1979 we just got one sections 3 4 and 5 run backwards from what you might think it runs throws me off every time I run it
@@schu131 Same here.i played around with a ZZ very briefly, and the controls threw me for a real loop in comparison to the RZ which I’m accustomed to.

33 meter 4 section z and roll and fold models had that same outrigger spread the 32 5 ZZ had wider rear spread.
They are nice little pumps.

Haha make sure you make a video of that! I'm sure rz would dominate!
Definitely be interesting to look at their capabilities side by side
@@dannpriebe I was talking with Baldeep about getting his 38ZZ Alliance lined-up beside our 38RZ Putz one of these Saturdays 😁😁😁
Now just add the telescoping main section and bam!
That telescoping boom is still just wild to watch, even some 20+ years after it first came to market.
Would you give up one of your pumps that you got now for that pump Scott
Would make a great replacement for our currently little 24Z (especially with the optional, 14 cell, high-pressure pump kit).
'I'd like one of these' 😅 You like anything new and shiny 😂
At this point, you’re most certainly not wrong in saying that 😂😂😂
Take that over 28 meter do way more
