Abdul Kalam was sent out from ISRO to DRDO(was nowhere at that time) ...in order to create space for UR RAO. But he made DRDO a great organization. True managerial skills...maximize output with minimum facilities. Dr. Sivan is lucky in that sense. Thanks to Pon. Radhakrishnan also.

What you are saying is very wrong. Kalam moved out because he did not get the position in Trivandrum. He was not aiming at ISRO Chairman post.
