Reconnecting with Fiji: Recharging in Likuliku

In the heart of the South Pacific, where the horizon kisses the sea, we invite you to share in a journey through Fiji's stunning Coral Coast. At Likuliku Lagoon Resort--a name that resonates with romance and adventure-- five years ago, we first embraced this paradise during our honeymoon, and now, we return to these turquoise waters to mark the passage of time and celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary, as well as my birthday.
While this video isn't another chapter in my surfing odyssey, it offers a brief glimpse into the ocean's ability to heal and rejuvenate, a testament to the power of travel and adventure as essential elements in recharging our creative spirits and nurturing our mental well-being.
While I hadn't planned to surf this time, the ocean's siren call led me on a boat ride to Cloudbreak. A surfing mecca renowned for its thundering waves, it was a sight to behold. Though not a single surfer dared to challenge these heavy closeouts, the raw power and ferocity of the ocean were harrowing and life-changing. It's a reminder of nature's dominion and the humbling lessons it bestows.
This journey transcends mere celebration; it's a tribute to the timeless enchantment of Fiji, of Likuliku Lagoon Resort, and an exploration of how love, like the ocean, can deepen over the years.
