Nice! I'm about ready to build mine. I'm interested in your pan setup. What for servo are you using? Do you have photos or a video of it somewhere?

Very nice! I saw on RCG today that you also built a Mars1200 with same colors and Pan servo with DJI and Peanut. How do you rank the Mars vs. the MiniTalon?
Is the stock motor 2814 with 1100kv and 10x7prop ok? I plan to use 4S2P 7000mah zohd LiIon pack.
    greets, Mario

it is not easy to say what the main differences are. With the Mars I tried to implement a more powerful engine than what would be possible with the Mini Talon. With larger engines, you can't reach the CG on the Mini Talon.
So I would say, with the Mars one has more action, clearly stronger climb performance and for it long flight times.
As I said, this refers to my choice of setup.
The Motor on my mars is an AT2820 1050kv on an 11x7 CamCarbon Powerprop on 4s2p 21700 8000mah (90amp duration)

@@ninjamic85 thanks for the answer! Had my maidenflight yesterday. Autolaunch worked well, but it seems my motor is mounted with side angle which is very bad if you wanna fly straight. Other than that it's ok with stock setup.
