    The no eating too late is a big one for me, I had colitis for many years before having to have my colon removed I now have a stoma, so eating too late makes my stoma too active overnight the latest I eat is 7 o’clock, if I eat later I have to get up through the night to empty my bag.
    I am really loving these RUclips clips thank you for sharing them 👍

    I'm with you word for word brother. Sleep can be so elusive. I took for granted the ease of sleep in my younger days. Now, I struggle to get good sleep. All the factors you name are soot on. Wishing all of you the best who struggle to get solid sleep.

    Thanks Charlie for another great update. Thankfully I have never had trouble sleeping, quite the opposite I could easily sleep for 12-14 hours, but sounds really challenging for people who struggle. Most phones you can put into sleep mode for dedicated times each night so they are dim and will not disturb your sleep with notifications, however managing willpower to resist looking at them is another thing!

    What about those who have active disease and no matter how early they stop eating, they still have to wake up several times for bowel movements?
