Bro. The alcohol will remove the glue. Also hair dryer will soften the glue. U just added a tonne of scratched scraping the glue off dry like that

I suggest you go watch the really well done paintless auto dent repair videos. They use all the tools and give instruction and get all the dents and high spots tapped down as well. And, they use alcohol and not a scrubber pad which can scratch to get the hot glue off. I think if you do your job will be more satisfactory.

You actually did it right and did not make it worse. The next steps would be to repeat until you have the other indents pulled then begin to tap down and smooth out. This is not a fail and you are on your way!

A bump up is not bad. You then use a knock down tool to tap it back down.Spray alcohol on the glue before you scrape it off. Part of the problem is the metal was stretched. Use a heat gun(not hair dryer), in an inconspicuous place first(use low setting first). Heat it up and let it cool off on it's on. Repeat several times. This will shrink the metal. You can also try a rapid cooling if gradual doesn't work by applying a wet cloth or spraying a air duster upside down which is very cold. I've seen people pop dents out of cars using air duster upside down after heating it with a heat gun. Watch some videos on RUclips on fixing hail damaged cars. Be careful, good luck.

You don’t need to pull each dent until the glue pops off. You only want to get it pulled out then remove the tool and use rubbing alcohol to get to glue to let go and start to pound down the bumps. You’re not using the kit properly.

Your dent puller is only STEP of TWO STEPS.
    Step 1
Use the dent puller you used.
    Step 2
Flatten the dips and bumps slowly with a Stainless steel dent removal hammer.

OMG You made it worse! Did you even look at Utube PDR guidance before opening box?? ( rhetorical question: answer NO) Gentle approach with knockdown would have made the dents go away. Instead you attacked the fridge!

wait longer for the bonding. Also make sure you alcohol the surface (and let it dry) before binding.
