- Ye olde speedy Hellcat TD is finally fixed and is a lot of fun to be in. This was not a flawless or amazing run, but we did some solid work before both of our Hellcats were lost to INF AT fire. Kill Count: 2x: Tiger E, Panzer IV | 1x: King Tiger, PaK38 AT gun plus soft targets & infantry.

IRL the Hetzer armor on it's rear and sides can be penetrated by small arms. A single tank round, AP or HE would completely destroy it. That certainly needs to be updated.

No shots missed, but they weren't the best placed. If I would've hit the actual upper hull side maybe crew would've been killed or ammo set off.
APHE detonates too early in this game, so the first shot got absorbed by the track. Second only slightly damaged its engine. 3rd one hit, but it still survived.
I should've stuck to solid shot from the get go.

Yo man I love your videos bro but one question is what does it mean when its says like manual or hydraulic? New to tanking and just curious lmao if maybe it could help me in the future
In squad 44, you can set the sensitivity of the turret traverse speed with a key, and as the real tank of this era have, there is an hydraulic(fast) and a manual (slow) command

@@cosszzy560 You have to hold in your left CTRL key and use the scrol-lwheel on the mouse to regulate turret rotation speed.
The ctrl is key is also used to rotate periscopes in most tanks while moving your mouse left or right.

I’m confused on when to use ap/aphe/hvap. Any tips
APHE should technically be the most lethal, but in this game, it's still scuffed. The Hetzer at the end should be dead, but because the shell most likely hit the track, it detonates to early and probably did no lethal damage.That shell will most likely be overhauled as we are going forward.
So HVAP/APCR or APDS is still the best shell to use in my experience. British APCBC that is not APHE is also very good. Basically, stick to solid shot until there is a fix.

This being a Chapter 4 map and Colmar having snow layers it might be a mishap leaving them in when there is no snow. 🙃

@@Ipope07nope, game is slowly getting more consistent tho, but performance is still the main issue, you need a really good CPU
The tank looks very shabby
It was designed for speed over anything else so yeah kinda.
What I hate about these games is the devs inability to create a game that really brings home the feeling of operating a tank. It´s always those floaty driving action, which is way to fast and even the alignment of the tower works way to quick and easy. it behaves like a fly and not like a tank. No inertia, nothing. Even the engine sound is anemic.
Go play HLL if you want to not have fun with tanks

Most tanks feel heavy. The Hellcat is "floaty" because the driving model is not done and it's also a light tank which means that it is easier to drive and maneuver. SQ44 has the best multi crew tank simulation out there and has been the best for years.
I agree on the engine sounds. I hope they get overhauled.
so u guys always roll 2 tanks and get proper callout outs and enemy tank directions and flank around not to mention gunner knows all tank ammo racks. This is a team game ur playing against mostly randoms crews tanks so easy prey that sometimes dont know what to do
Playing with randoms is something I did once. You then team up with the people you get to know and play well with...
It's not rocket science. lol
