Im on theit plan, and it's worth every penny. Food is amazing. I save so much time on meal prep, and the value for money is also very good. I feel healthy, losing weight, and dont bother with counting calories. Im glad they didn't give up and judging by their success. Dragons made a terrible decision.
I consider 'nutritionists' in the same ball-park as PT instructors, it's a self proclaimed title. Anyone can aquire the basic principles of excersize and nutrition that will keep you healthy, by spending about an hour of research online.
Isn't it like Hello Fresh and then you still have to MAKE the meal yourself? My sister and her husband buy Hello Fresh for $20.00 a meal and I think it's nuts. Just plan your meals for the week, then buy the ingredients, how easy is that? You still have to make the meal, peel the carrots, etc....I don't get the convenience at all. Just go to the fecking store lazy people.
get in yeah seems more or less the same, but I think these ones are ready to cook in the packet. Still doesn’t even nearly justify the price in my opinion. Like I’d love to have these lads sort my meals, even just as a little treat for a week once in a while, but there’s no chance you’re paying those prices. Would be a great business if they priced it more affordably.
Lets go on and make it all fun and fluffy,we are so cool. This is the problem with people coming out of big corporations thinking they can replicate that success, dream on
God it’s been a while since we’ve had IR£, but yeah €31’745 is about their max in these times. IR£1 was worth €1.27 when we switched in 2002. Good job though, Nick. It takes a real business genius to put it in such simple and thought provoking terms. The rest of us would have simply used the current currency, but that wouldn’t have been nearly as insightful.

Sigh, 13 minute video usually mean they got a Dragon. But these are Irish Dragons...

I'd say they're kicking themselves now.

she literally went to college for like 8 years, im pretty sure shes a decent nutritionist
20 quid a day for food 😳
Would much rather get the recipes from them for however much, then buy the ingredients myself for that price.

Yeeer Sister knows her shit! I'm in! the full amount, $100k but for 45 percent of the business!
These to need to stop acting like there in a sitcom, and get into the real world of tough business were the bottom line matters.
These cheapskate dragons never invest more than £25K in a Business, so I wasn't surprised they didn't get an offer.

100K investment? There's not even 100k in Ireland. All 5 of the Dragons would have had to club together and re mortgage their mud huts.
the tech companies are paying us all 100k odd. don't be mad
Theyre pitching this to baby boomers. They got the worst diets and dont know crap about nutrition.
nutritionist is not a real thing. There is something called a dietitian, which is a real profession, but nutritionist is a made up title.
Google says they are experts, etc...
Did you get that from Dara?
