    I'm using the 2021 build of LTSC and it's just as good as the 2018 build (1809 to be exact though not the buggy one) if not better. It helps that games from the microosft store requires the latest version of Windows 10 to even run it so I didn't have to get the regular verison of the latest versions.

      yeah, right. It is better then ltsc 1809 as also regular 21h2 versions)

      @@NeverTrustGovrnmentOrGlobalist For me, 2021 LTSC runs faster than 2019. I had to disable Spectre patch on 2019 to make it tolerable. I don't have to do that on 2021.

    been waiting for this video so long, thank you for making it
    it was helpful and entertaining
    and also the FPS test is cool too
    i would still recommend the ltsc version to anyone even if the performance is not much different, there is atleast less bloat in it

    for those thinking that LTSC is great for home users, bare in mind that a LTSC install out of the box has been configured in a way that favours security over convenience....many many parameters are very different to home and pro versions, this may cause certain issues. Another potential issue could be drivers, many consumer drivers are not optimized or tested for the ltsc platform, although ltsc is a windows 10 base OS, LTSC comes with certain caveats that some consumer drivers may not take into account. Using an OS that is not designed for consumer usage can definitely lead to unexpected behaviour with certain tasks or certain apps/software.

    • @h-dawg6462
      @h-dawg6462 2 года назад +27

      yeah, so basically LTSC is for true professionals and not for brain-dead consumers that think live-tiles are cool ! ! !

    • @uddinrokib7
      @uddinrokib7 2 года назад +20

      Not really. LTSC and it's concurrent consumer versions have the same kernel. So drivers and hardwares will perform the same. When installing drivers you have to keep in mind what is the base build version of your LTSC and install the appropriate drivers for that build. For example, LTSC 2021 is based on 21H2 build. So if you install drivers that are recommended for 21H2 or older Home or Pro versions, those will work flawlessly on LTSC 2021. But if there is a driver which requires newer build than 21H2, those might be buggy or might not work LTSC 2021.

      I've been using LTSC for a while and it's been great, all drivers installed in it already and with the panjno optimizations for windows 10 it runs like a dream, it's stable too and less irritating, infact I managed to disable force updates completely which is nice to not have to update my PC at 3 am for once. Overall it's kinda like a combo of Linux and windows in performance wise
