Thank you for this video. We are flying out this Saturday same route, could you tell me please if that universal plug point will charge my gaming laptop? Is there room for a 15 inch laptop or are the pull out trays very small and sag? (No mouse, just want the laptop to fit and be able to charge.) Thanks for any help.
The longest flight hour i had was 12 hours from manila to vancouver with philippine airlines, i cant imagine sitting for more than that, but im sure i will survive
I haven’t flown Cathay pacific yet, however, I did find Hong Kong air’s service to be superior when comparing international economy service to delta, United and American. With that being said.... they are a great airline! Would highly recommend 😉
How exciting! Yes they have all the signage in both English and mandarin. And the airport staff at hkg are very helpful if you have questions on getting to your connecting flight or just in general questions. Thanks for watching!
@@CalcStudent it wasnt bad, the plane we had from L.A to Hong Kong was a little older, not as clean and uncharacteristically the flight attendants were not good and somewhat rude. The return trip was somewhat better with a newer plane and better service but I'll probably not fly them again as I've had much better experiences with Korean air,Cathay Pacific and Philippines airlines. For me going to Manila my choice will be Philippines airlines direct flights L.A to Manila.

How does Hong Kong Airlines compare to Cathay Pacific? I am looking to book a flight from LAX to Chiang Mai with a long layover in Hong Kong.
