worked for me on a US sprinter, but the home return button to press is on the left side of the steering column, not the right. So [1] chose the start button (and the red circle lights up dials on dash temporarily turn clockwise and come back, then [2] choose the return home button on the left side of the column for a full 5 seconds, then [3] while still hoding that return home button choose the unlabeled button just the right of it - that pulled up the "new menu" this video refers to. The rest was easy after that.

I have a 2019 Mercedes sprinter and everything you're showing me it's not how it is. I can go to the scroll button it's on the left side of the steering wheel to assist plus but if I hold it nothing happens even if I hold it for a minute

@@diydaly i'm trying to figure that out. I do put the start button on the first level and I go over to the menu where it says assist plus. Oh is it does it say service b Due. I hold the button press it for a minute all of that nothing goes away. Nothing else appears.
