The bridge is the Bay Bridge, which runs from San Francisco to Oakland. It was completed in 1936, while the Golden Gate was opened a year later -- the same year as this serial.
Also....the bay bridge is known as the only bridge that goes from Fairy Land to the Congo.....joke was first told around 1960....🐒

Why doesn't Tracy just shoot the bad guys?
Gets into fight with 3 or 4 guys. Same guys over and over again
Same reason why the bad guys don't just shoot Tracy. It takes the sport out of the whole thing.
If you shoot each other, there would be no serial, all dead in chapter 1, to enjoy serials, you need to take out logic and just enjoy the ride.
Anybody can kill with a gun but not everyone can fight with their fist.
They should have had Billy Benedict play Junior because he actually looked like Junior. He might have been a little too old for the part, but a teenaged Junior could have worked.
Filmed in "my City by the bay"...which is always a plus to see. In the context of engineering, if the "sounds" can dismantle a bridge structure; why can't those sounds also destroy the airplane that is emitting them. Ahhh....the mysteries of life. Thank you for archiving and posting this gem.

The water mark is actually trying to erase the private markings of honest movie sellers. Piracy no doubt .This sort of doings has been practiced since the early 1900s.
