Simple, quick and helpful... don’t see much of that anymore thanks!
if I only I had known this literally an hour ago, I wouldn't have wasted 32 dollars and a beautiful wall.
for me like a month
lmao
Mate, the stress is unreal! Probably should be putting them up in the day aswell, rather than gone midnight 😡
i put mine up like 4 hrs ago and the corners looks horrendous lmao 😭
Lmaooo
Thank you, there are lots of videos using 90degrees conectors but this is easier and cheaper
Yes it is.... Those corner connectors are very picky with conections
Thank you for being clear and concise. So many videos waste 10 minutes trying to convey this sort of information.
Thanks for making this quick and to the point!! Worked like a charm!
OMG THANK YOU!!! I've been looking for this guide
For once! A video that skips all of the talking and just tells you how to “get er done” 👍🏼
the led strip used is super convenient. The case gets real when you try to do that with more led dense strips
Good day! Thanks for leaving a comment on our video. You are correct that although bending the flex gets more difficult with a heavier density LED strip, there are ways of going about it. Feel free to contact us at orders@inspiredled.com for directions or for us to provide a link for our patented Solderless Tiger Paw Technology. Specifically, our Right Angle Connector! Have a great day!
I'm two years late but this was really helpful. All of the other videos are like 15 minutes long. THANK YOU FOR THIS
This is an excellent for a really well made video. Helpful, informative and straight to the point. Well done.
I don't know how I didn't think of this, good job!
at first i found this dodgy but it works quite well. i would definitely recommend this
Super helpful! Thank you very much for your time, you just saved me so much time of my own
SO SIMPLE & EASY! THANK YOU!
Great tip. Exactly what I was looking for
Informative and Easy to follow. Thanks a lot.
Good call dude! Every now and again I find someone with a practical solution to an issue that has me kinda scratching my head laughing at how much more work I would have made it xD lol
These institutions were perfect! Thank you!
God. Just had a near breakdown trying to get angle connectors to work. Wish I watched this first. Had to order a whole new set so will do just this when they get here tomorrow!
Needed this one, came in clutch!
Thank you for this!!
This worked VERY well.
And this saves money so you don’t need to buy corner pieces 10/10
so simple but so clever
thanks
Now this was very useful!
Thanks!

@@eggj.r.7341 Good story! But in what chapter do you shut up?
shaddapforever what?
Finally something useful....Thank you!!
much thanks to you man, short and to the point. just what I needed.
Thanks man, I am going to buy 10m of these becouse you showed me how to bend led lights on corners!
Thanks!This really helped!
Wow thank you so much i was trying how to do this with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. It was a little vague to say the least. Can I use the adhesive that was provided with led strip lighting on glass or painted finished steel for an entertainment/ TV stand?
Thank you for being straight to the point.
VERY HELPFUL!
Absolute legend
Thank you so much it really helped immensely !! :'D u are amazing >
You beauty! Thank you so much. I feel dumb for not figuring out for myself! I take my hat off to you
For v-shaped aluminium channels, how do I bend the strips around the corners? Its at a weird angle and the fold trick and loop trick doesn't work/fit.
Thank you very much
Could'nt make it look as good but worked for me!
Well that's easy Thank You
I saw this video too late!!!! Dammit!!!!! Buying another box of lights tomorrow lmao glad I found this now
I was trying to find how to do it but I could not find others finally found u
Thank you so much bro
Thank you so much
not the hero we wanted, but the hero we needed
What about going around curved areas like a curved mirror something, not just a 90’ angle
THANKS YOU SO MUCH
Thank you!
very nice and straight forward, thanks mate!
thank you
LIFESAVER
I have been wondering about this for years!!!!! THANK YOU xxx
Will this work with the GE Cync light strip?
Best tip of the year! Thanks for keeping it to the point too :-)
God thing to know, most times bending this way u will kill the strip from the bend. So always test on the end before bending in the middle. This is because all rgb/led strips are not the same and some with lets say silicon this will not work unless u peel the silicon first. Some 24v strips will fail because the pressure and bend kills the lanes. So trial and error always start at the end and test bend.
This helped me a lot because I am not wasting money on those dumb corner connectors
thank you. It was concise, informative, and easy to learn from.
Nice and short explanation
Thank you.
We all clicked this video to do a simple task we thought was so hard to do 🤣
Brilliant. Thanks for the tip. It works...apart from 3 of the bulbs :( Obviously dodgy lights
Thank you bro , btw are you sure if i do that it won't destroy the led strip lights
Hi @sweaty_sadiq! This is by far the best way to bend your flexible LED strip without damaging the LEDs. Keep in mind to avoid folding along any of the diodes or resistors. Thank you!
Thank you so much this helped so much I thought I wasn’t going to be able to do this but you helped a lot and now I’m enjoy my led lights ❤️
Hi Skylaa! We are happy to hear the instructional video was helpful. We appreciate your feedback! -Inspired LED
What type of strip is the called
You just saved me
I recently purchased some smart good quality looking led strip lights and to install properly you'd need to purchase diffuser channelling plus appropriate connectors too etc and trust me it ain't cheap at all but if your gonna do something do it right
Folding over leds is def not right way to treat em and remember heat kills leds it reduces lifespan and creates hot spots so I'd purchase L shaped connectors and install the leds correctly to achieve the best result
Great! MAny Thanks
That was a savier... i was trying with connectors but always had problems, this is so simple and working. Thank you sir.
Hi Vasilis! We are happy the video helped with your installation. We also manufacture our own proprietary Right Angle Solderless Connectors. Feel free to check them out on our website for any future projects: www.inpsiredled.com. Thank you!
Hope this works, trying to make light up flareon ears for cosplay
how was the cosplay
@@wubsy.4821 perfect! I showed off flareons beautiful colors
Good share. thanks!!! : )
Sorry tried it and now it won't come back on ragging
You are literally God, tysm
Oui cest sur, je conduis tres bien
This man saves my monitor from a literal crime of a job
Can do this in Rgb 5050 strip light?
YES, absolutely!
Thank u
Thanks
Thank you honey for help! Kisses from Czech republic!
I cut mine assuming they thought about right angles in the development process.
the other side of the fold wont light up, help!

When instructional videos got to the point... You rarely see videos this honest these days
Doesnt it damage the led connectors inside?
Robin Wiggie no if bend it on the places that is viable to cut
It can create hotspots which can in-turn damage the strip. As long as there’s plenty of ventilation it shouldn’t be a problem though.
The goat
Now mine don't work correctly :/ do you know a way I can fix it?
Hi Sydnee! Please give us a call or email us directly and we can help you out! Thank you! - InspiredLED
will it work on any led strip or it just need to be flexible strip?? plzz reply someone??
Hi there! The following techniques are intended for use with flexible LED strips. Though we have not tested these techniques on other LED strips, it's worth the try. Always avoid bending individual diodes, resistors, and solder joints to prevent damage! - Inspired LED
Thank you so much! I bought 20 metre led light strips and I really did not know how to bend it !!
I was hoping i wouldn’t have to buy connectors
definitely cannot do this with a Hue V4 lightstrip. Way too thick to be folding over on itself
Your strip looks much thinner than mine, mine wont bend easily like your strip does
If you have the waterproof strips which are dipped in resin, this will be a very difficult method to do, it also may ruin the waterproofing. I ran into this same issue with mine.
Mine just broke from doing this
Help fill this video
Fuck yes! Thank you!
Does it have to be flexible to do this ?
Hi Adan! There are some companies out there that offer rigid LED strips, however ours are flexible. We cannot speak to the effectiveness of this method with another companies products. Feel free to reach out to us directly and we are happy to check them out! - Inspired LED
Inspired LED if I use minger RGB 5050 flexible led lights using this method will it ruin my lights because I’m scared
@@adandepaz1876 It seems as though it would work the same way. Keep in mind to not bend on the LEDs, nor the resistors! -Inspired LED
wish they just had instructions added into the box instead of one paper saying "put something somewhere" cuz i almost just cut off a whole line thinking cutting part of it was an okay idea
alr someone tell me if this really works.
mine feels like its going to break
Hi Trini! If the strip you purchased from another company is fragile and delicate, we offer solderless 90 degree connectors that may work for your project.
