- The Music that plays at the end of the last (for now) Star Wars episode. The End Title contains fragments of Parade of the Ewoks and Luke and Leia. Originally, Victory Celebration was replaced by a happy ewok music of which I can't remember the name. Does anybody know? Thanks for watching :)

No it's not. The true ending includes "Yub Nub". They updated the score and some of the visuals in this scene for the special edition and later releases.
This is where it all ended. The Empire was defeated, the Rebels won the war. Palpatine and Vader are dead. Anakin Skywalker was redeemed and he destroyed the Sith once and for all! The Force is brought back into balance. The galaxy is finally free and at peace. The Skywalkers go on to rebuild the Jedi and live happily ever after. This is the true ending of Star Wars.
And though there were still more struggles to overcome from new foes like Grand Admiral Thrawn to extragalactic invaders such as the Yuuzhan Vong, through new friends, enemies turned allies, and the courage to press forward in spite of adversity, the future of the galaxy couldn't be brighter thanks to the efforts of Luke, Leia, Han, and their children.

1.) Luke has become a Jedi and achieved his destiny.
2.) Han and Leia are together in love as the Rebellion has triumphed over the Empire.
3.) Anakin has fulfilled the prophesy of the Chosen One, defeated the Sith, and brought balance to the Force.
He actually brought balance to the force a while ago by killing the jedi.
Before he killed most of the Jedi, there were 10000 jedis and 2 siths,after he killed them, there were about 20-30 jedis left alive at best, vs 2 siths. Seems pretty balanced to me...
Dude "brought balance to the Force" means brought harmony to the Force.
have you seen the clone wars arch with the father son and daughter. its canon and balance there meant keeping both alive and having them .... well balanced not one triumphing over the other.
and then episode VII ruined everything.
In the Clone Wars show Father actually said that both sides had to die if there was to be peace, but he couldn't bring himself to kill his children so he maintained this "placeholder" kinda balance. So yeah, Anakin brought balance to the force after he killed not only the jedi, but also the sith, including himself.

Disney stuff that counts: Rogue One, Andor, seasons 1 and 2 of The Mandalorian, the conversation between Vader and Obi-Wan at the end pf the Kenobi show.

The last 47 seconds of The Grand Finale by John Williams is so beautiful that it actually brings a tear to my eye even when I play it in my mind, not because it's sad or anything, but because it is that damn beautiful and yet powerful.
It has that “what now” feeling to it at 7:54, I love it.
In my opinion the celebration music has more power, especially the ending where the ghosts appear. Just the way it sounds with the meaning behind it is so good

7:56 and on is where it feels complete. It done and makes you think: “Now what?” in that fiction.

mR andross guy Well, I’m implying that they’re think who’s left to fight since the 9/10ths of the Empire are gone. Otherwise the galaxy would explode or come to a complete halt if it was THE END.
Unless the Yuuzong Vong attack ten years later, like it did in the comics, but eh. What now? And I don’t consider the Sequel Trilogy to be 100% canon. 30 years seems too far and too lame to make anything new. Why not a prequel prequel, like the Old Republic?

I find it so cool to imagine the galaxy at this state politicly; The old government, the Empire, reeling, the remnants of the fleet fleeing all over the shop, the New Republic forming, overall chaos as the hand that help a million strings together (the Emporer) suddenly lets go, causing massive a massive power vacuum, which the New Republic rapidly fills. This song would have been one hell of a montage for that.

Anyway, Sentai references aside; yeah, Yub Nub wasn't my thing. I only listened to it once (Not even fully), and I turned it off, and cleaned my ears with this song instead. Purists can kiss a Sarlacc (Except for EU purists, because I'm one of them, a bit).
7:56 I feel like this should play when we as Earthlings defeat terrorism and bring peace and stability from all the errors and evil that there is. Kinda like this but with actual work being done.

Just got back from watching the 40 year anniversary release with my father (who saw all three in 77, 80, and 83). While he said it isnt the same as 40 years ago, I think much of the movie still hold up. Harrison Ford is funny as hell in it, the moments are great, the effects still good. I didnt care for the added "No" in the one scene; but it still hits hard. And the music.

I was always pissed while listening to this song because it was the meaning of the end of Star Wars.... but I am so glad to hear that we will have a total of approx. 10 episodes!

Yeah, but 10 more episodes without Carrie Fisher and Han Solo will be bullshit.
Only counting the main movies, Star Wars is confirmed have at least more 4 movies, because, episode 9 and the other trilogy.
I think this is the only thing I actually thought was good about the remasters
i grew up with the OT and this the revise version of the Ewok Victory Track brought me back to The Star Wars Trilogy for The Special Edition one more time and the new revise music really make me cry for returning to the galaxy far,far away... and back to GL's sand box for 3 more episodes until now, thanks to GL for The Third Trilogy and I'm ready for it and it IS what I am looking for.

Much respect for showing Sebastian Shaw's Anakin instead of the bullshit replacement. While I prefer the original trilogy in it's original form, this song is very beautiful and seems more fitting at the end.
I hate the new Anakin. First off, HE'S YOUNG! He sure as hell didn't die young, so why make him young? Oh, because you can't fast forward time... Well then, just leave it as it is! Also, he just looks like a pervert! I mean seriously, look at his face. He is starring with a creepy grin on his face.

Florida Panthers after coming back from a 3-1 series to beat Boston Bruins 4-3 in game 7. Wild card defeating the presidents trophy winners and record 52 win season team. Also the Toronto Maple Leafs defeating lightning in game 6 and breaking their round 1 exit curse. One hell of a ride so far.
