Hi JazzMentlists! ✔ Download Your Sheet Music PDF Guide Now! jazzmentl.com/beginner-jazz-7th-chords/. This video series will live here in the "Beginner" playlist for our intermediates who are looking to fill the "gaps" in their learning. I've recorded this out of popular demand and as a reference/resource. This series is curated for pianists (level 8 or more Conservatory). Classically trained pianist should be able to complete the series in 4 weeks or less and have a really good understanding of jazz. Stick around for the complete series. Subscribe to be notified when the next lessons drop. They are all in production or post production right now. They should all be completed by end of Jan 2023.
@@Jazzmentl Yes beginner level mainly played classical and pop stuff. I know the basics but can't read it quick enough for it to flow. It's a challenge reading both hands with multiple notes on a page so understanding the symbols will hopefully make it quicker to read. Jazz is difficult though. Yiu make it look so easy. Thanks for the fantastic lessons
Hey Rob...I'm happy to help! Part 2 should be out this Tuesday. Just finishing up in post production now. Make sure to subscribe to be notified when it gets uploaded to my channel. 🎵
really well done, Paul - watched three of your beginner videos this morning! would love to follow along; just want to be careful that i don't throw too much at my brain at once (considering my current trajectory) 🙂
That's the beauty of these recordings. You can follow at your own speed. Some folks like to binge watch them go back and do the lessons one by one. Though that may feel overwhelming to some. I'd just do one by one. Once you feel comfortable to move to the next, then do so. Thanks Edward for the feedback.
Excellent content. I’m around grade 8 ABRSM level, and do know some of the background to chords etc, but excited to see how this series develops and progresses. Thank you
When your twitter says word press does that mean a news paper? I found lost civilizations using Google Earth.. that's why I wonder! You have a cool channel.

Thanks 🙏. Glad you are enjoying these tutorials. I don't have sheet music for Doe a Deer ....that wasn't the exercise for this lesson. But perhaps I'll make a special tutorial as an addendum to this series.
@@Jazzmentl yes at 16:49, I believe your rendition is in G. You said that is the aim of these studies and I find it beneficial to see the final version as I work up to it.
