i know kuzma was very arrogant for tweeting but everyone takes it out of context, by “that team” he just meant dont be “that team” that ends the pistons losing streak
Will Dawkins is Wizards new GM. He came from OKC as their Asst GM, and has been there since Durant was in Seattle. He has scouted all the talent from OKC. With that being said Trust the process for the wizards!!
One thing to keep in mind is that we have a new Front Office headed by the assistant from OKC. Year 2 of the rebuild is hopefully the bottom, but we also have to finish in the bottom 8 next year to keep our first round pick. The biggest thing for me this season is to pay attention to the trade deadline. We don't have the best assets, but we definitely have pieces that can be sold to other teams to give us more swings at the pinata. The big thing I wish they would do for the fans if nothing else is just have a squad of like the young guys + Brogdon or Bagley depending on the matchup and play them together relentlessly against the other team's second unit so that they can get a feel for playing together and we as fans can see what it looks like when they are on the court together. We would still lose every game, but we would have a clear direction and it would certainly make the game much more watchable for a fan like me.
i am a wizards fan since conception, i am pleased with our season so far based off: our promising YOUNG rookies are getting hella burn, our potential core looks “good” without the terrorist Kuzma who i expect to be gone by the new year, and jordan poole is making his contract more appealing while also fully buying in to our team and our young talent. and i believe in jayden daniel’s making entire sector of washington sports attractive for FAs in the future lol. and best of all we are LOSING, no longer stuck on da seesaw of purgatory. i agree with a lot of what u said pierre but also, this is a new era in da city, hopefully it’s handled correctly. thank you for making this video you’re always giving the wizards their due burn!
I hear what your saying about the organization P, but this is a FO that took over in 2023 Deni/Rui/Kispert and Holding Beal was the past regime. The criticism of the past regime is valid hence why they aren't in charge. The rebuild isn't perfect and it never will be but criticism should fall within the past 2 seasons of this GM and Front Office
i agree, we will see how they handle the rest of the season (ie trading kuz and val for deaft capital) and the offseason, i think that will tell us if this FO is fr
As a Wizards fan, who has watched almost all of these games from start to finish, this is a hard watch. Brogdon and Kuzma are the worst thing for development. They will take contested dumb shots instead of making the pass to an open young guy, they will run down the shot clock and then throw it to a Bub and say bail my dumbass out. Sarr and Bilal are the only young guys starting for some reason which is annoying as a fan and its just like will this team win a game again. I’m going to my second live game of the season this week and honestly just want it to be competitive. 😢 pls wizards 😢
before the old bums were healthy the rooks were starting/playing a ton i’m hoping and guessing they’re just tryna boost kuz/brogdons value for when we can and WILL trade them
Wizards almost upset the Spurs in the same game Wemby dropped 50. Spurs had to put him back in to make sure they won because Poole was ballin' and went off for 42.
What the Wizards need is a premier playmaker, who is a solid playmaker, and a set of veterans. Also, I think it needs to be a point guard. A Tyrese Halliburton, Trae Young, and Harden type of point guard would do wonders. If they can get that guy in the draft, that would be perfect for them. They have the defensive upside, it’s the offense that is terrible.
The thing is about us is that unlike the Pistons last year, we’re not underachieving nor overachieving. This is exactly what’s advertised 😂😂 it just looks worse cause the Commanders rebuild is going faster
Gotta give the new front office a couple years to plant their seeds, i think what we're doing is necessary after wasting all that time being stuck as a middling team, it's not going to be pretty but i like what the front office has done so far
this is the modern reality of most American sports leagues, or at least is going to be very soon. Certain teams enter a zone of “hyper poverty,” where they can do nothing for five years but prop up mediocre teams by essentially being a farm system trading good players for picks and granting free wins.
Man there be a lot of poole fans in the district just like there was for beal, this front office is convinced that poole is the center piece and we have to build a team around him i dont agree i think poole and kuz are teaching this young kids how to play iso and have terrible shot selections cause they see there og just have the green light for the most ridiculous i dont like this front office i think they’re soft for not trading kuzma to the mavericks last season cuz kuzma aint wanna go we not doing anything
As a wizards fan, everything before the new management(pre 2023) I’m not counting against the organization because it ain’t the same ppl running the show. The whole fanbase agrees with trading Kuz and Brogdon this season and maybe even Val if the deal is good enough. But you can’t sit them if you want anything worth a damn in return so they have to play FOR NOW‼️ but once they are gone, then you will see again what we all saw earlier this year and that will continue with who we draft this year. Kuzma will be gone, there were even rumors today if all the teams interested already so he will be out soon, but as of now he has to play to up his trade value. But once he’s gone, right back to the young guys going off and learning to play with each other.
That said this is a new front office that just came in last season. I like their picks so far but we are waiting for vets to be moved and let the young guys play
You know who else was 2-16 in their first 18 games? Last years Pistons. Congratulations Kuzma you are officially “that team”
i know kuzma was very arrogant for tweeting but everyone takes it out of context, by “that team” he just meant dont be “that team” that ends the pistons losing streak
@@polarblue2213 well the only reason it wasn’t us is bc the raptors traded away 38% of their team the day before and had like their last 7 available
we lost to them after he tweeted that
Poop for Coop, Ass for Ace, Disaster for Dylan, Egregious for Egor. Them boys all in like a Poker hand.
wut about Poole ?🤣
😭😭😭
P, don’t forget we have a new front office since all the BS happened.
no win November is crazy😭😭

100% agree with this joint right here

That Johnny Davis pick set them back even more
P we need a snyder cut on the Magic 💪🏽💪🏽
Shoutout p for the upload 🎉

Kyle kuzma on my wizard right now is my 9/11

I think most wiz fans are optimistic
Can someone tell me where Pierre gets those Coulibaly stats from? I would like to know which website.
And it’s just horrible because their excuse is I was a main piece on a championship team😭
Tank or stank lmao
19:15 this is just WC vs EC.

Need a wizards rebuild RIGHT NOW
what do you think we’re doing
A wizards video sign me up
Im a wizards fan that doesn’t watch college. Which college player would fit best with the young players in bilal, bub, and sarr?
At this point, just don’t be that team
at this point its like just dont be that team
The bulls ownership sucks it's been that way for years ever since 98 the bulls last championship season
w
As a wizards fan our front offices have been terrible and a part of the fan base has wanted to rebuild since wall went out with the injury.
That said this is a new front office that just came in last season. I like their picks so far but we are waiting for vets to be moved and let the young guys play
I’m a depressed wizards fan, thank you for this ❤️
