- “It is through more than his literary inheritance that Fr. Seraphim is leading these converts. As the accounts related in this chapter indicate, Fr. Seraphim, being still alive in Christ, is even now personally drawing people into the fullness of the ancient Christian Faith.” -Hieromonk Damascene
I humbly ask all listeners to ask for Fr. Seraphim’s intercession and pray to God that one day soon he may be officially glorified as a Saint of the Holy Orthodox Church. Next year is the 40th anniversary of his repose. If you desire to see him glorifed as a Saint, there are things you can do to help make this happen. Pray for God's guidance. One simple and direct way is to write Bishop Maxim of the Serbian Western Diocese, or even other Serbian or ROCOR Bishops. Their addresses should be on the diocesan websites. Pray above all.
These accounts of Fr. Seraphim’s miraculous intercessions, which are merely a few of the many, affirm that truly we can say, “Holy Father Seraphim, pray to God for us!”

Father Seraphim is a gift from God, of whom the world was not worthy. He was one of the first Orthodox writers that I read when I started inquiring into Orthodoxy, and I believe that he has significantly helped me within my journey to the Orthodox Faith. He is truly a Saint for our modern day, and we should all seek his help!
Holy Father Seraphim, pray for us! 🙏🏻☦️🙏🏻
I totally agree! Glory to God for him!
Ok I may not have had a vision but when I read the book Orthodoxy and the Religion of the future I knew I had to become Orthodox. I have been amazed how I have had to defend Father Seraphim in my OCA Church, but I love Father Seraphim so thankful for his life and leading me to Orthodoxy.
Glory to God for ever! For this dear man and Saint, whom He raised to help lead us Americans out of darkness, deception and lies, and into the light of Gods glorious truth! Please pray for us Saint Seraphim, we need your holy prayers more than ever 🙏☦️💞🕊🇺🇸
Orthodox saints are (1) vessel of God's grace. (2) They are faithful servants of Lord Jesus Christ.(3) Their humanitarian intervention upon God's creation issues and it's remedial solutions are praiseworthy. (4) They are shining luminaries in the midst of darkness of evil...Fr. Kurian Enchakattu.
Not just America, but many people all over the world - especially the Western countries (Canada, New Zealand, Australia, England)
@@Lancia444 Amen!
Very encouraging to hear as a Protestant inquiring into Orthodoxy ☦️
Does anyone know where to find a copy of His Life and Works? Seems to be out of print
God willing it will back in print next year. See the description for a link to the PDF
@@dylantharp1096 his book Gods revelation to the Human Heart is on amazon
I, too, was raised Protestant and want to become Orthodox. It's amazing to me after all of the years of Bible study, study of the Catholic church, the Reformation, etc. etc. (my church school and father were thorough), NOONE ever mentioned the Orthodox Church. I never knew it had existed since the time of Christ. The Bible says though, Seek ye the ancient paths, where is the good way, and walk therein. So that is what I am doing :)
Holy Father Seraphim pray to God for us.
Brother, you have such a fantastic voice. I look forward to your new material to come. May the Lord bless you. ☦
Blessed Seraphim of Platina, pray for us! ☦
Father Seraphim Rose has been praying and interceding for me since before I was born (1988). He is one of the great servants of the Lord who has the greatest impact on me, one of the lamps that has illuminated my conversion to Orthodoxy.
I left this comment on another video, but a single quote from Father Seraphim completely obliterated my last fear and hang up preventing me from converting to orthodoxy. Before then I had attended services at an orthodox church for over a year without deciding to actually convert or even become a catechumen.
Do you remember what the quote was?
Thank you +
God bless you and those around you for this video+
May Blessed Fr Seraphim hear our prayers +++
Fr Seraphims words still speak to us today in the 21 st century , more so then ever before+
Let all Glory be to God for these faithful God fearing ‘CLOUDS OF WITNESSES’

Watching americans converting to Orthodoxy is so bloody bizarre and miraculous. Knowing that the seeds of Orthodox faith was spread in the west by the remenants of the white army blasted out from their last stand in Ceimea against triumphant forces of hell looks increasingly providential. No sacrifice is ever made in vain, theres never place for dispair
Thank you for sharing this small piece of Fr. Seraphim Rose. I'm more than a little envious of America for their gift. Envy an ugly word but a true one, I've all but wasted this precious gift of life, I feel so far from redemption at times, and to add, my pity party irritates me to no end. Lord have mercy on me.
Excellent. Thank you for this encouraging content. Fr. Seraphim of Platina, pray to our God for our sakes...
Beautiful testimonies, may God be praised.
Thank you for sharing these.
This was great. I loved listening to it so much I didn't want it to end. Thank you

What's the secret to being such a good reader?
God‘s grace. There are techniques I’ve learned along the way which I can share if you like.
Great video. I love that colored photo of Fr. Seraphim in the thumbnail. Can I get that from somewhere?

Wow!.. speechless 🙏
Some Orthodox Christians anticipate Rose's canonization.
At the 40th anniversary of Rose's death, Metropolitan Nikoloz of Akhalkalaki, from the Orthodox Church of Georgia, called for the canonization of Seraphim Rose.
Before returning to Georgia, Metropolitan Nikoloz brought the question of canonization to Bishop Maxim of the Serbian Orthodox Church's Eparchy of Western America.
A few days later, on September 6th, 2022, Metropolitan Neophytos of Morphou, of the Orthodox Church of Cyprus gave a sermon calling Fr. Seraphim Rose a saint.
Several reputed miraculous events, healings and apparitions of Rose have been reported around the world, commencing soon after his death.
In one such instance, a nun named Zvezdana at Prohor Pčinjski Monastery in Serbia informed her abbess that she had repeatedly felt the presence of Fr. Seraphim, and that he appeared to her on one occasion.
She continued to pray, telling Seraphim that it was beautiful in his monastery.
He replied, saying “It’s beautiful here Prohor Pčinjski Monastery also-beautified by the relics of Fr. Prohor.”
Do you know which issue # of The Orthodox Word that's mentioned? St Seraphim Rose, intercede for us!
