    Thank you so much. You have just condensed 2 whole chapters of a book into an easy to understand 2 minute video. I approve of this video

      Maybe I'm late but if you enjoyed the simplicity and honesty here? Look up
      (Proper or Parse Syntax Grammer) in relation to our status when in either court system, contracts for ownership, agreements, and declarations.

    Nope, sorry geoff101001. State courts are superior to federal courts on matters of state law. In fact, sometimes federal courts have to ask the state supreme courts what the state law is on a subject. And federal laws are not superior to state laws except in certain areas that are defined in the constitution.

      one guy that everyone else disagrees with and is likely wrong. wait, definitely wrong. Always a few sheep that will blindly like comment and if theres one a few others are sure to follow.

      It is half right. Federal law supersedes state law, and thus federal courts supersede state courts. However, there needs to be a federal law at issue, you cant just appeal to the federal courts on a state law issue.

    If they can enforce the each other laws vice versa, why do state get sued when enforcing immigration law on illegal aliens?

    • @charlieminaj2
      @charlieminaj2 6 лет назад +4

      Marty Lynchian that’s what I’m saying🤦🏼‍♂️
      It would be the illegal alien vrs the USA therefore, so illegal immigration should be enforced in federal court I would assume but the democrats don’t want the law to be upheld🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤭

  • @charlieminaj2

    If federal law and state law work side by side or federal courts deal with cases in relation to the USA specifically why do individual states get sued by individuals? when the government on a hole is the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT? Therefore THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is enforcing immigration laws?? but still immigration violations are dealt with in state courts? You said it’s about jurisdiction? I would assume the federal court has more jurisdiction than individual states if federal crimes are more severe?🤦🏼‍♂️help?🤷🏼‍♂️

    So this video is incorrect. A Federal Court has superior power over all state courts. (Ref trump vs Manhatten DA) federal law is superior law and the Supreme Court is the overall final say

    • @blackfalcon1324
      @blackfalcon1324 Год назад

      Federal law is above state law, but what federal law is can be more limited. So, federal courts can overrule state courts IF they can point to a federal law. However, states can then contest that law under the 10th amendment.
