Funny cause I was the only person out of my friends that could accurately snipe with flare guns. It actually came down to it that when we made our maps weapons, flare guns had to be banned so I didn't even have a chance to get them
i'll never forget the day i got this game back in 8th grade. fuckin awesome. i still have a memory card full of custom multiplayer maps. i even have a ridiculous 10 level story mode thing that revolves around the holocaust of Mr. Socky's.
Also gotta remember that this game has the nostalgia factor which newer games don't. Also this is much better quality than what is put out today. Hard to believe EA is connected with this as well as Freedom Fighters lol. Timesplitters is still my favorite. I got all 3 games if I get A ps2 game. I wouldn't hesitate to replay them.
Too many distractions (entertainment) these days, quality doesn't always equal money, less originality & troubleshooting, more free sounds, and soundtracks these days have taken a back seat because games don't rely as much on the music to make up for old graphics and gameplay.

This one has such great memories for me because whenever me and my brother played deathmatches on this map we would use the harpoon gun and hide in the different parts of the temple from each other and it was always really funny. This song reminds me of running through the temple trying to find him and seeing who could harpoon the other fast enough lol

It sounded like EA was more to blame. They were making Star Wars Battlefront III (the sequel to non-EA Battlefront II) and TimeSplitters 4 towards the end there.

Dual Flare Gun is, hands down, the best weapon in the game.
4 player deathmatch with monkeys is crazy fun.
It's funny when it actually hits someone and they burst into flames and make their burning scream. lol

This one has such great memories for me because whenever me and my brother played deathmatches on this map we would use the harpoon gun and hide in the different parts of the temple from each other and it was always really funny.
