i have buy pure ev epluto 7g ......they 50000 km warranty company di hai ...my battery last 8 months se company my padi hai........5 times company ne battery replace kia magar kaam nahi kar rahi hai.........
Very bad brand. They have battery issues. No customer care response. You can try to touchbase the customer care before buying the vehicle. There is no guarantee that the dealer from which you are buying the vehicle will be there after 1 year. There is no support service with this Company. They give you 3-5 year warranty, but if dealership is closed and there is no customer support then where will you go with that warranty slip. Only way claim warranty is to go to consumer court. So if you want to face all these problem then go and get the vehicle. With my experience don't go for them.
NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself. For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response. I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE. @PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur
