After using vehical for 2.5 yrs i can tell you. Dont trust this youtuber dont ever think to buy this vehical. Its a scammer company. They use very low quality material. They battery will die after 1.5 yrs max. Shock absorbers are pathetic. Battery has low quality chinese cells. They only assemble in india. And after sales service is pathetic. They find each and every reason to reject your warranty. They dont replace your battery. They fix it only to cover the warranty period. After two years you had to pay 40000 for battery exchange. Without battery vehical is scrape. Think twice before buying. Thousand of people got defrauded in maharashtra and 90% dealeres already shut there show rooms.

This scooter is totally scrap. I have bought this scooter in 2022 and the soon after 4 months the battery stopped working. And after that for every three months I have to leave the scooter at the service centre for month to get the issue resolved . Don’t even think to buy this scooter.

Worst company worst service, 2 years and 7000 km k bad 50% battery degrade kiski hoti hai. Kya soch k liya tha ab kya seh raha hu. Don't buy scooters from this company. Mera scooter to bhangar wala bhi nahi lega. Service in logo ne nahi diya aur ab bol rahe hai ki aapne time pe service attend nahi kiya hai to aapka extended warranty lost ho gaya hai. Jo hoga ab chargeable basis pe hoga. And charges kitna 25000/- . 39000 me new battery bhi offer kar rahe hai. Don't know what to do?

I have bought it and battery giving only 4 to 5 KM in a full charge.. my scooty is only 6000 km driven only.

Also Warranty given by the company is fake. When you raise the compliment it takes 3 to 4 months to repairs the battery..
And the laughing part is, you have to pay transportation change of battery for repairs.

If you don't want peace in your life just go for this bike. It will irritate you more than anything else. Company doesn't provide any warranty. Whatever they are providing that is just for sake of papers. They really don't provide any support. It will stop either within 5,000 kms or within a year.

Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty

Pure EV is a fraud company. I have epluto 7G it's battery has been faulty since day 1 . After 1 year it has range of only 20 km per charge.And now after 2 years battery is absolutely dead. Company didn't change my battery although it had 3 years warranty. The showroom is gone now from where I bought.
No replacement under waranty.My one year bike is in the showroom due to battery problem for last 4 months.Can you help me to get my battery replaced under waranty or can you connect me to ceo/ higher management please?.
