They clearly said that Rayleigh spent 18 months training Luffy, the rest are just assumptions and probabilities. I'm not denying what you said, but we need more clarity on it. I actually really liked Fishman Island, even though the villain was no the most compelling. The setting was super cool, the new friends they made, the backstory and just how powerful the Straw Hats were was really cool to me.
