Out of all the lore dumps and reveals, the fact that Coby using Shave got the biggest reaction is hilarious for some reason
cause when we’ve only seen cp9 use shave and you saw how long it took the crew to take them all out. coby was tiny and he learned it in a span of a couple of months (from the last time we saw him). Granted he’s training under garp and he’s very intense so I guess it makes sense lol.
Thats why Dragon said back then.. "if the pirate the route you choose.. go for it"

Actually, there is another explanation: people in the One Piece world look ugly because they've lost their dreams. If a person doesn't follow their dream or loses it, they tend to look ugly. However, people who follow their dreams or regain them appear to be more attractive. Basically, this is the whole ideology behind a person's appearance in One Piece.
The same applies to Coby. While he was not fully committed to following his dream of becoming a marine officer, he was unattractive. But the moment he decides to pursue his dream, he starts to change into a more attractive person.
Damn, I was gonna say a few months on testosterone. Guess the growth spurt thing works though...

Garp's carefree nature is one of my favourite things in One Piece
They explain why garp isn’t an admiral despite being extremely stronger than the current admirals in the next 100 or so episodes and that will answer most of your questions about whether garp is chasing dragon or not

The plot on Loguetown with Dragon and the weather is a common confusion. Probably caused by unusual storm animation, and sudden weather shift. But in the manga, Nami forecasts the upcoming storm and she emphasize how bad of an emergency it is.

Ohara was about the fact they were learning to read the ponoglyphs. That is forbidden. It has to do with the search for knowledge of the void century. Robin’s story, her path… why she is on it. Why she joined Crocodile, Was explained in those Ohara episodes.

pirates they only go for civil people and robbing them or took their money or treasure, but revolutionary army is trying to take down world government directly, that is why Luffy and his crew was abnormal declaring war against government at Enies Lobby even though Luffy was only tried to save his friend.

pirates try to stay away from the marines but revolutionaries directly challenge world government and which is why they are taking down all the other kingdoms which are highly influenced by the world government one by one. you'll be able to understand this later on in the story it little bit complicated.
No anime will ever do story-telling/ building quite like One Piece, idc what anyone says, and yes Dragon/ the revolutionary army are their own entity separate from the government AND pirates, although they basically are pirates in the simplest terms you could say
