Really eager to see this finished and in the car! I have been wanting to do something like this for quite some time but never pulled the trigger on the project.

Aww thanks David, also thanks for the concern for Buddy. He is normally not allowed in the Worksop when welding but it was -3 out side and him being a rescue I let him in 😆 hope you enjoy the rest of our channel 👍

Hi Paul, what are the characteristics of bronze that made you choose it for the bushing? Is it hard wearing, or easy to machine, or does it hold oil (like phosphor bronze)? Or.... cheers, Will
Hi Will, its a combination, it has a very free running slick feel, it machines really nice and has a very slow wear rate. you could an oil lite bushing as well but a little grease and a good finish and this gear change housing will last for years 👍👍

Ya thats exactly it two U-Joints one in front of the gear leaver box and one as you say on the input to the gear box
