This guy is absolutely amazing, all I had to do to fix the static issue was plug my headset into the wall, I never ever would've guessed that or found it anywhere on the internet, thank you so much. Seriously.
Brother just saved me some money. I was about to buy new head phones. If you’re using a wired and have the controller also connected to the ps5 via a cord. You get the buzzing. Unplug your controller. Thank you! That worked for me
i have the buzzing and some after-sound with my ps5 controller and thats the controller not my headset. when im using it on my ps4 controller on the ps5 i dont have it. well just use a second controller i you have one and plug your headset/speakers with the 3.5mm jack in the second one then you can play with your "main" controller without the cable and without the annoying sounds.
Got a problem with my brother and I playing offline, couch-co-op on my PS5 playing EA FC 24 while both using Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X headsets. We usually record a video of 1 game at a time and when I go to watch the video later or when I'm editing it in Sharefactory studio, mostly the audio of me talking in the video (I'm more of a talker than he is) slightly crackles or seems slightly robotic. This happens in every video. Both headsets work fine on their own, (dongle alone or dongle + included extension cord), the PS5's mic and volume settings aren't too loud, the right output devices are chosen, the Steelseries GG software likely isn't the problem either and we aren't sitting too close together to have the audio bleed into each other's headset. I suspect the issue is using two Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X's at the same time. I also own a JBL Quantum 350 headset and so does my brother. Those headsets are wireless only and don't have crackling/robotic mic sound problems so why should 2 headsets that are worth 150 euros/dollars or more have that problem?
Thisbis exactly my issue with arctis nova 7, and i spend literally weeks trying to figure even like 62 emails with steelseries and tried everything they mentioned and still haven’t fix anything
Having issue I have two controllers, one came with the ps5 and bought another one. At first my headset worked fine with the original controller but now that I’ve been using the new one the headset works perfect with that one but when I switch to the original it’s just endless static I can’t touch the volume button on the headset because it statics and buzzes, with new one audio is perfect
Question, (i really would like an answer) i recently deleted my Nintendo switch account and made a new one i think i did this a few months ago but i had tons and tons of fun and cool games am i able to get those back, it says i have to pay for then again, is there for me to get my old account back i spent 120$ on games on it so i would like it back.
👍 Good infomative video, but i tried it all and neither helped me unfortunately.😳 🤔My mic is buzzing when i play and record. While if i add Voice in Sharefactory Studio there is no buzzing at all, perfect sound. I play on Ps5 and my mic is a HyperX Solocast. I also tried to switch to another cord to the mic but no difference. No phones or other devices nearby. Do You or anyone has any ideas how to get rid of the buzz??? I’m greateful for any ideas. 🤯
I have the same problem man let me know if you found a fix at this point i think it's something from playstation when i try to record it's buzzing everytime and when i go in sharefactory it sounds perfect it makes no sense
@charismaticevil-2174 Same, I make videos and noticed while editing with sharefactory, I ended up switching to the Sony 3D Pulse wireless headset instead of a wired one and it fixed all the buzzing
@@CGethins i was not talking about headphones i was talking about microphone i have a dedicated microphone and when i try to stream or record gameplay with my voice on it i got this crackling buzzing noise when i speak but when i try to speak on the same microphone on sharefactory i have no problem
I am using a Nova 7X and it is connected by the USB transmitter. I am noticing that even though set to headset mic it is still picking up static from the PS5 controller mic. When I mute the controller mic it also mutes my headset mic. I've tried all setting but no matter what I try it is like the PS5 mic is still on or at least giving interference even though I'm set to headset mic. Do you know how to fix this?
@@DKMinecraftersDanish ya I read about that and tried some of the fixes but they did not work. The main think I notice is the controller mic not being able to truly be off when USB headset mic is on. It seems like that is causing the static. Idk. I'm not sure. It's weird but it is definitely still on when I test my USB mic.

Ur a legend mate my buzzing was coming from my controller being plugged in to my headset and charging at the same time. ❤❤

Helped me fix my wife’s headset now we are back in business. Much love to you bud thanks for the info. Subbed btw 🤘🏻
I got a loud static buzzing in every ps5 mic and controller. It only goes away when I mute every mic
its helped me turn them back on :)
I only hear a buzzing sound when moving through the menu of a game. Any idea how to fix that?

Having this problem with usb and with three different headsets where it’s just static when I talk
Hey man did you manage to find the source of this problem? My mate has the same one im trying to troubleshoot it for him but I'm stumped
Hey man, I fixed mines by disconnecting the charger from my controller when playing.
the last one helped omg tysm!!

why'd you delete it?
Mine works but when I’m playing it sounds like glitchy
Dude! A toothpick! You just saved me 75 bucks on a new controller!
What if I use Astro A50? (Connected to pc, while the PS5 is connected via Aux on controller and this one directly via USB to ps5
So why not just use a USB groud loop Isolator?
Thanks bro
