I have a machine similar to this he needs to open up the control panel and just adjust the amount of ice it's easy to do it's on a tension spring dial you just needs to dial it back one or two nano clicks. Depending on how many bags he sells looking at the overflow amount by the time he sells 5 to 7 bags he could fill a whole nother bag he's just wasting his own water and water equals profit

You are absolutely able to go harvest these gifts from nature at their source free of charge. If you want to get ice/filtered water from in front of your local Walmart, on your way home from work, I'd argue you should pay.
Here in Los Angeles most stores charge you $.99 per gallon of water plus CRV and $.99 for 7lbs of ice so this is a good deal. If you bought 10 one gallon bottles of water from most stores here, that would be $9.90 plus $.10 per gallon so $10.90 vs $2.50 doing it at a machine like this. Also you need to get bigger ice bags!
That’s actually a good idea sell a cup for $.50 to a dollar $1.50 for everything that you need except for lemons and sugar ingredients it’s like three dollars money money money money money
We get our ice for $1 a bag of 7lbs of ice at the dollar store. It's normally $2.75ish for a 7lb bag at regular grocery sotres. Cheaper if you buy larger bags, but we don't have enough room in our freezer.
Design it so the tray below can support the weight of the ice for older people or disabled. Also that machine needs calibrated to not waste all that extra ice.
You could either make the water part have a long nozzle or just do it like that But the Ice we got a problem you either make your bags longer or make your commandthings for the machine better
America ain't LATE. Many had these machines in their kitchens /frigs....and at local markets since the 70s. You can even see them in classic American TV shows. Grew up with one in my house (it's called a filtered ice and water machine). The only difference is that YOURS may have been bigger....plus, America is diverse in extreme weather conditions...mostly snowy and freezing in the winter/sprin/fall.
