Bishop Keith Butler in Detroit is the same pastor who refuses to give his members an annual Detailed Financial Disclosure Statement of the church monies they take in . If you want people to tithe, shouldn't he be required to give Detailed Financial Disclosures with real numbers?????

God did not make women mute so they can’t even call out wrongdoing in the church. God said He would pour out His Spirit so that sons AND daughters shall prophesy. But there’s STILL men saying women can’t have any say in the church and need to keep their mouths shut. I have news for you…if a male leader of a church shirks his responsibilities and does ungodly things in public or behind closed doors he’s LOST his authority, he might be running ONLY on fumes. Because of a life of isolation we weary in wanting to be loved and that's not what we should be doing.. ministry is not easy and I'm not condoning wrong. As a minister I want to feel loved because that's what I'm trying to send out. I'm not a slot machine you put a coin in and you say pray for me, can you sing at a dog fight, I'm human just like you, I hurt just like you. It hurts to see our leaders fail, especially those who influence is great, we need the church and it's leaders, we need to hear from the Lord, and we trust those who suffer for the word of God. Don't give up on Jesus, don't lose your faith, believe in the Church Of the living God. Believe that God has a remnant of faithful men and women of God who lives can touch ours and even our very souls. But there’s STILL men saying women can’t have any say in the church and need to keep their mouths shut. I have news for you…if a male leader of a church shirks his responsibilities and does ungodly things in public or behind closed doors he’s LOST his authority, he might be running ONLY on fumes. Paul said follow me AS I FOLLOW CHRIST. Put another way that would mean. Don’t follow me if I myself am not following CHRIST. To put anyone on a pedestal is wrong. God has used many women throughout the Bible, and some of them were used to set the men straight. Naaman was confronted by
a servant girl to do what God said. If he hadn’t listened to her he’d have lost his blessings. Esther with the King. Deborah was a judge. Priscilla was a teacher, she’s mentioned in Acts.
When God said be silent he meant to not be disruptive during a church service. I think men should have definite roles, such as officiating over certain things, like weddings for instance. And I don’t think women should be pastors. But as far as not being able to preach to men, or teach men, or call out wrongdoing by men, in ANY setting in church, is wrong.

Many of us in ministry want to be relevant to the community we live in and get caught up in identifying with the people we're trying to reach. Because of a life of isolation we weary in wanting to be loved and that's not what we should be doing.. ministry is not easy and I'm not condoning wrong. As a minister I want to feel loved because that's what I'm trying to send out. I'm not a slot machine you put a coin in and you say pray for me, can you sing at a dog fight, I'm human just like you, I hurt just like you. It hurts to see our leaders fail, especially those who influence is great, we need the church and it's leaders, we need to hear from the Lord, and we trust those who suffer for the word of God. Don't give up on Jesus, don't lose your faith, believe in the Church Of the living God. Believe that God has a remnant of faithful men and women of God who lives can touch ours and even our very souls. Ladies and gentlemen we got a elections coming up and if we ever need God it's now , don't lose hope, let's fight the good fight of Faith.
