While Europes new music won't be the liking of all old fans I think they did the right thing not making "reunion tours" and just playing Greatest Hits. It took sometime for me to "understand" their newer material but now I really like it. If you haven't heard the latest album "War of Kings" from 2015 - Do it!

Not true. When Europe got back together in 2000 to do an anniversary show, Kee joined the band onstage with John Norum for the performance. He was asked to stay on to make Europe a 2 guitar band, but he declined because he wanted to focus on his own band, K2 and other projects. The offer was made, he said no.

I have, however, heard interviews with him from years ago, where he has said in his own words that he was asked to come back when the band reunited, but that the timing wasn't right due to his own ongoing projects. So I stand by my answer. I'm not here to argue with you. Why Kee would say one thing in a book and say something different in interviews is his business and I wish him well.
