In this Video we will be eating @ TAGAYTAY MAHOGANY BEEF MARKET, 10 Mahogany Ave, Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. We will first Visit their Fruit market where we will try samples of Tropical Fruits Found in the Philippines , such as Rambutan, Lanzones, and Mangosteen.
This place is known for “Batangas Beef” in which they raise their cattle purely on a grass-fed diet, the special species of grass fed to their cattle gives it their best tasting Beef. Since Tagaytay and Cavite are in an elevated plateau, Bulalo ( beef shank soup) is a famous hot soup dish to keep warm in the chilly weather. Another must try is also their Tawilis (Sardinella tawilis), the only small Freshwater-sardine species that are endemic to Lake Taal, in which at its center is Taal Volcano which is is the smallest active volcano in the world. It is a unique geologic wonder, because of its unexplained shape and location on an island within a lake within an island

Raw eggs, Filipinos dont really eat that. But to make the sisig look more exotic, they add that and the mayonaise. It looks messy with the egg and mayonaise. So always asked before ordering if it has eggs or mayonaise.
