Yes! It use to bother me, but as they talk I have come to realize that even though they are talking they are still paying attention to the videos. So it does bother me anymore. They know what they are doing.
Dancer Jungkook is such a treat to the eyes. His dance moves are so sharp yet so smooth. He is just so in detail, you got to watch him dance on repeat to catch everything. I love him. Btw i hope u guys would continue to react Rise Of Bangtan episodes + bonus and deleted scenes of the episodes aswell. It’s such a great series to see their journey.
Jungkook never marks his movements, he always does them all out. He's pure physical force in beautiful motion. Also, according to the people who've worked with the boys, he's incredibly good at delivering the exact same performance (voice and dance) every single time.
Wes sort of perfectly described j-hope style in the first minute of the reaction. haha. Sharp, precise moves executed with a lot of fluidity. The man has full control over every single muscle in his body--even the tiny ones normal humans don't ever separate out--and no bones. There's a reason he was winning national championships and label competitions before joining BTS. A whole prodigy.

Contrary to popular belief, dancing barefoot is actually a lot easier than with shoes, cuz you get a good grip, and slightly more control (this is just what I believe at least. if you've been dancing with shoes all your life then maybe not) For a contemporary dancer like jimin, dancing barefoot is probably a lot easier too It's probably also why they're ALL barefeet for black swan, considering that choreo is their most contemporary inspired one
One thing I can say, once your eyes lay on Jungkook in dance or performance, you can't take your eyes off him. He is captivating. You just need to give him chance and then it's done for you. That's why many afraid of noticing him trying hard not to get bias wrecked😂😅
V is sassy and confident all the time 😭😂 except in intense songs like ON and blackswan and emotional songs like spring day . You can watch his KBS ON or blackswan fancam off-camera and his mnet 21st century girl fancam you'll have fun watching him perform he's amazing 😉
yesss bts dance practices are so perfect, i agree seeing how great it is just raw with no fancy camera movement, outfits, or stage visuals shows how talented and professional they are you guys should also do the older dance practices to see how how much they've changed from back then and how much they've all improved! songs like boy in luv, danger - which is a classic -, we are bulletproof pt2, no more dream, etc

not sure if there is a video of bts ranking their own songs and choreography, but there is a run bts episode where bts tries to guess army’s most favorite bts song, most favorite award show performances, and many more! if you want to watch it, its on run bts episode 144! would love it even more if you can react to the songs mentioned in that run episode too 🫶🏻

But still I appreciate him too for being a main dancer material and I appreciate taehyung for being able to be synchronized with them

I think recording yourself dancing is the best thing you can do to improve. It is literally recommended by every dance teacher I've ever had, so I'm sure it is 100x more important for professionals like bts. its the only way you can see what you look like when you dance and correct yourself. Sometimes only you can tell what needs to be different in what you do, and it can also help you create beautiful shapes that are hard to teach other people to do.

But Hobi being the incredible artist that he is, didn't show a hint of that. We only found out later that night when Hobi brought it up to tease Tae while on Vlive, lol! FYI, that was the first Vlive I watched live since becoming an ARMY(I found them in Sep. 2019).

That dance move you really liked in Baepsae was made up by j-hope a couple years before the song dropped. In a Bangtan Bomb (behind the scenes clip) he teaches some of the other members the move and tells us he came up with it. Then it was later integrated into the Baepsae choreography. Very fun, very swaggy, very j-hope. I've always used the term "Sunshine Swag" to describe his brand of fun/cool.

DKDKTV has really great ''explained by a korean'' videos on songs like Baepsae. this song is pretty ballsy and clever in the way it calls out privileged classes in Korea, it's BTS at the height of their social criticism (don't venture away from the lyrics explained videos on that channel tho)
The Dancing barefoot for black swan is an artistic choice I believe because they did it on the James Cordon show as well when they performed the song there.
Watching these back to back with you make me appreciate why they chose jungkook to be the center he is slaying since he was 14 like what be is doing is so hard but people hardly notice
park Jimin is the best dancer for a reason, he has to tone down his dancing cause in group choreos you need to in the same energy level as others, watching dance is the best thing in the world
42:25 Being barefoot is due to the dance style, modern dance. Usually dancers dance barefoot in modern and contemporary styles since they have a lot of movements that use the extension of feet and moves that showcase legs (especially in pure contemp. with aerials, flips, rolls, etc.) It's the same as ballet dancers wearing specific ballet shoes. In Asian traditional dances you can find a lot more props, outfits and mannerisms specific to the style. They didn't have to be barefoot in On, that was probably either because they were already barefoot from Black Swan or a preference.
if you like hearing the footwork you guys should check out the Dynamite MAMA (or MMA maybe?) dance practice! they're all in fancy trousers and fancy dress shoes and the shoes sounds are EXQUISITE
During practice, runners wear ankle weights and Jungkook and RM wear boots for the same effect: When it's time to perform, they don't use those extra weights, making them feel lighter on their feet. BTS dances barefoot for Black Swan especially because the choreo is based on a genre called modern dance. I enjoy the clothes we see in dance practices. How cute RM looks for Baepsae, Jimin's shirt with the big stripe down each sleeve that emphasizes the 3:33 move in FIRE, Jin's slim-fitting tracksuit in FAKE LOVE, their long tunics in BS&T, JH's outfit (including visor!) for DNA, V's stylish outfit in DNA, V's big red sweatshirt, Suga's baseball get up, JH's basketball shirt, V's stylish overalls with jacket, V's oversized outfit in Black Swan, and on and on. I also love the visual effect when their hair bounces in synch. On stage it is usually gelled and sprayed into styles that look great, but in practices it just flies free!
Taehyung dance sassy all the time. He even have a habit of chewing imaginary gum to move his jaw. Members are teasing him about that. Live performance of these dance practices are more more fun and better. Btw, it was fun watching both of you. Keep going! ❤️💜

All the music videos,lyrics are deeply connected to each other. Like in baepsae they were making funny faces Becz in the lyrics they are criticizing the older generation for getting opportunities easily i.e they were born with a silver spoon in their mouths while today's generation have to work way more harder than them to achieve these opportunities. Also I would highly recommend you guys to react to BTS story line explained by XCeleste to understand the real meaning and story behind their Music videos.
Fun fact V wears loosers clothes because he has a chronic disease which causes him to have heat rashes. I don't remeber the name of it but he mentioned it in a post on Weverse responding to an Army.

I love their choreos so much and their dancing skills are getting just better and better 🔥🔥 We know Hoseok and Jimin were dancers years before debut and they were the best but seeing the rest of the members that trained so hard too and even some of them that began with no experience or didn't really want to dance.. wow I'm just so proud of all of them! 😭💜💜 My favorite choreo is Fire and ON too! but I have to say that this is probably my top (Not including Fire, ON and without a particular order): Fake love, Black Swan, Dope, Mic Drop, Idol, Danger, Best of Me, BS&T, DNA , Boy in luv and Anpanman!
I love Wes' idea of a tv show for Tae and Jimin - traveling around, saving people, and battling evil (both human and supernatural). Vigorously dancing for minutes, the whole song, in sync, sharp and powerful, is definitely tiring. They just make it effortless and easy, but in reality, they feel like hell, breathing hard. It is a talent for sure. It is so different when just dancing in TikTok for seconds versus minutes of dancing non-stop.
The Baepsae dance practice is iconic. V launches himself onto JK's back yet he still gets back into position perfectly. RM doing the baepsae (crow-tit) moves and Jin's long stork legs. Then Yoongi doing his sexy dance which he had to do because he lost at a game. Yoongi may not have wanted to be a dancer but he's good at it and as you say he seems to love dancing now. Sometimes they sing along with the backing track when they're practicing their choreography and sometimes they don't. That was the dance practice for the Kinetic Manifesto version of ON. The support dancers are The Lab and the choreographer, Sienna Lalau is dancing front and centre at the beginning. They were shouting encouragement for BTS to keep going because it was such an exhausting routine. It's a real marching band which comes on at the end. It was filmed in LA. V has a very distinctive way of moving which is very apparent in ON.
haha dancer here! black swan is a contemporary styled choreo and contemporary dance is typically done barefoot. most ppl would say you have better connection to the floor and are more "grounded" when dancing barefoot
THE REASON THEY ARE BAREFOOT FOR BLACKSWAN: Many people mistake Blackswan's dance style as ballet, but it's more related to contemporary or modern dance which is more grounded and free than ballet. Contemporary dance is done usually barefoot so you have a stronger grip to the floor and it's more raw.
The next time you can do live performances reactions (stage mixes by brilliant to avoid copyrights except in the dimple+pied Piper and the rise of bangtan in Japan epilogue performances these are iconic) or fancams reactions (two per a member and cover the logos in some of them) or continue the rise of bangtan series 😊
Black Swan is barefoot because as far as I know contemporary dances are usually danced barefoot. I would really love for you to watch some more dance practice videos for their b-sides like Best of Me, Airplane pt 2 & Butterfly 😊

44:02 BTS went on James Corden's show to perform Black Swan for the first time ever, but the stage was smaller than they were used to so when they did this part V accidentally kicked JHope in the head. But Hobi being the incredible artist that he is, didn't show a hint of that. We only found out later that night when Hobi brought it up to tease Tae while on Vlive, lol! FYI, that was the first Vlive I watched live since becoming an ARMY(I found them in Sep. 2019).

That dance move you really liked in Baepsae was made up by j-hope a couple years before the song dropped. In a Bangtan Bomb (behind the scenes clip) he teaches some of the other members the move and tells us he came up with it. Then it was later integrated into the Baepsae choreography. Very fun, very swaggy, very j-hope. I've always used the term "Sunshine Swag" to describe his brand of fun/cool.

DKDKTV has really great ''explained by a korean'' videos on songs like Baepsae. this song is pretty ballsy and clever in the way it calls out privileged classes in Korea, it's BTS at the height of their social criticism (don't venture away from the lyrics explained videos on that channel tho)
The Dancing barefoot for black swan is an artistic choice I believe because they did it on the James Cordon show as well when they performed the song there.
Watching these back to back with you make me appreciate why they chose jungkook to be the center he is slaying since he was 14 like what be is doing is so hard but people hardly notice

42:25 Being barefoot is due to the dance style, modern dance. Usually dancers dance barefoot in modern and contemporary styles since they have a lot of movements that use the extension of feet and moves that showcase legs (especially in pure contemp. with aerials, flips, rolls, etc.)
It's the same as ballet dancers wearing specific ballet shoes.
In Asian traditional dances you can find a lot more props, outfits and mannerisms specific to the style.
They didn't have to be barefoot in On, that was probably either because they were already barefoot from Black Swan or a preference.
if you like hearing the footwork you guys should check out the Dynamite MAMA (or MMA maybe?) dance practice! they're all in fancy trousers and fancy dress shoes and the shoes sounds are EXQUISITE

jimin always catches my attention during their dance practices ALWAYS LOL
During practice, runners wear ankle weights and Jungkook and RM wear boots for the same effect: When it's time to perform, they don't use those extra weights, making them feel lighter on their feet.
BTS dances barefoot for Black Swan especially because the choreo is based on a genre called modern dance.
I enjoy the clothes we see in dance practices. How cute RM looks for Baepsae, Jimin's shirt with the big stripe down each sleeve that emphasizes the 3:33 move in FIRE, Jin's slim-fitting tracksuit in FAKE LOVE, their long tunics in BS&T, JH's outfit (including visor!) for DNA, V's stylish outfit in DNA, V's big red sweatshirt, Suga's baseball get up, JH's basketball shirt, V's stylish overalls with jacket, V's oversized outfit in Black Swan, and on and on.
I also love the visual effect when their hair bounces in synch. On stage it is usually gelled and sprayed into styles that look great, but in practices it just flies free!

Taehyung dance sassy all the time. He even have a habit of chewing imaginary gum to move his jaw. Members are teasing him about that. Live performance of these dance practices are more more fun and better. Btw, it was fun watching both of you. Keep going! ❤️💜
@16:46 Yes Steph that’s part of being an idol or a dancer. You have to show emotion on your face when you dance. When they’re trainees they’re taught this.

Like in baepsae they were making funny faces Becz in the lyrics they are criticizing the older generation for getting opportunities easily i.e they were born with a silver spoon in their mouths while today's generation have to work way more harder than them to achieve these opportunities.

Fun fact V wears loosers clothes because he has a chronic disease which causes him to have heat rashes. I don't remeber the name of it but he mentioned it in a post on Weverse responding to an Army.

I love their choreos so much and their dancing skills are getting just better and better 🔥🔥 We know Hoseok and Jimin were dancers years before debut and they were the best but seeing the rest of the members that trained so hard too and even some of them that began with no experience or didn't really want to dance.. wow I'm just so proud of all of them! 😭💜💜
My favorite choreo is Fire and ON too! but I have to say that this is probably my top (Not including Fire, ON and without a particular order): Fake love, Black Swan, Dope, Mic Drop, Idol, Danger, Best of Me, BS&T, DNA , Boy in luv and Anpanman!

Vigorously dancing for minutes, the whole song, in sync, sharp and powerful, is definitely tiring. They just make it effortless and easy, but in reality, they feel like hell, breathing hard. It is a talent for sure. It is so different when just dancing in TikTok for seconds versus minutes of dancing non-stop.

The Baepsae dance practice is iconic. V launches himself onto JK's back yet he still gets back into position perfectly. RM doing the baepsae (crow-tit) moves and Jin's long stork legs. Then Yoongi doing his sexy dance which he had to do because he lost at a game. Yoongi may not have wanted to be a dancer but he's good at it and as you say he seems to love dancing now. Sometimes they sing along with the backing track when they're practicing their choreography and sometimes they don't. That was the dance practice for the Kinetic Manifesto version of ON. The support dancers are The Lab and the choreographer, Sienna Lalau is dancing front and centre at the beginning. They were shouting encouragement for BTS to keep going because it was such an exhausting routine. It's a real marching band which comes on at the end. It was filmed in LA. V has a very distinctive way of moving which is very apparent in ON.
During season 1 of Bon Voyage, they dance to Fire a lot because it was their most recent release at that time! Fresh in their minds haha

haha dancer here! black swan is a contemporary styled choreo and contemporary dance is typically done barefoot. most ppl would say you have better connection to the floor and are more "grounded" when dancing barefoot

I was a dancer for a long time. It’s delightful to hear your commentary. The body can move in unbelievable ways.
THE REASON THEY ARE BAREFOOT FOR BLACKSWAN:
Many people mistake Blackswan's dance style as ballet, but it's more related to contemporary or modern dance which is more grounded and free than ballet. Contemporary dance is done usually barefoot so you have a stronger grip to the floor and it's more raw.

The next time you can do live performances reactions (stage mixes by brilliant to avoid copyrights except in the dimple+pied Piper and the rise of bangtan in Japan epilogue performances these are iconic) or fancams reactions (two per a member and cover the logos in some of them) or continue the rise of bangtan series 😊
Black Swan is barefoot because as far as I know contemporary dances are usually danced barefoot. I would really love for you to watch some more dance practice videos for their b-sides like Best of Me, Airplane pt 2 & Butterfly 😊
