Oh look, a pressure relief valve working as intended.

I work as refuelling technician in LIMC and never seen something like that lol not ordinary functioning for sure. Doubt is an overfiill due to fuel expansion. Probably some valve malfunctioning
Also the fuel vents ducts are cross linked with the wing tanks, left wing tank vent on the right wing vent and vice versa. That make impossible lose fuel during a bank like that

I saw that same thing when the Cewe Fotobook took of from Rwy 05, fuel was coming out on the left wing, there is something wrong with the aircraft 🤔, I will make a report to maintance😅

This is strange. As I know, this is the over pressure relief valve and it relief the pressure in case the plane is fueled to maximum with cold fuel and then this fuel is expanding in the warm sun. With full tanks there is not much volume left to compensate the expansion. To prevent, that the pressure in the fuel tanks will raise this valve opens and then it can happen, that with full tanks even a bit fuel is released via that valve. But I guess this valve has a malfunction, because I have doubts, that the 737 is fueled to maximum.

Thanks for the comment my friend, a few days ago my friend Marcelo @CrosswindAirSpotter caught this same plane with another fuel relief, different days!!

You can see venting before liftoff. Definitely a malfunction. Hopefully, between venting and consumption, the aircraft will have enough fuel to get where it's headed

Yes strange, full tanks for à 3h30 trip to Frankfurt. Generally, you do that when no diversion airport on the route or even your whole trip is above water!!!!
