A few years ago, I was having hotdogs at my parents house. I love hot sauce on them. I reached in the fridge got the bottle and shook it like you should. Unfortunately, my Mom didn't replace the lid the last time it was used and I splashed the entire kitchen and my Mom with hot sauce. It was hilarious :D

First had Cholula in 1993. My dad and I were going from MO to NM to retrieve my stuff from storage and stopped in Amarillo for lunch. Cholula was on the table. After we got home Dad ordered it a case at a time with info he got on the label, so we all got a bottle. Surprisingly, a place in KC was a distributor. After only a few years, the local Kroger had it on the shelves.
